Kraig Moore: Allstate Insurance

I switched from State Farm to Allstate and, have very honestly, never looked back. The customer service with Kraig and his team, and really Allstate in general, has been unmatched and I'm constantly telling my friends and family to make the move. Whether it's policies or claims (and I've had both) I've never had to worry. I'm so glad I decided to look at other options that day because it's so incredibly comforting to know, especially with how things are in the world nowadays, that I'm really, actually in good hands.

Kraig Moore is absolutely the best insurance agent that I have ever worked with. He is genuinely caring and goes to any extreme to satisfy my needs. Kraig's entire office and team are just amazing and I thoroughly enjoy working with them when needed.

Was super easy to call and get everything set up. I love the app that they have. When you drive safe and earn points you get money off of certain items and twice a year they will pay half of your insurance. Being a good driver pays off!!

Kraig got back to me pretty quickly and changed my coverage to the $100,000 PIP. My wife is still hurting. After going to the ER and the first few treatments, the PIP is exhausted. Now we have to fight Allstate for coverage. I’m not happy about the situation, but Kraig admitted he made a mistake (we all make mistakes sometimes) and stepped up to the plate. I respect that even though I’m not in a great situation right now. updating my review will help to moderate my previous rating. I rated him right after I found out I wasn’t covered the way we had agreed.

Kraig and Colby have always taken care of my families insurance needs. Wry personal and always going the extra mile to help out. I send everyone who talks about insurance to them.

I’d historically purchased insurance online and man was I missing out. I’m now slowly moving all coverage over to Kraig Moore’s Allstate business. I’ll never buy insurance online again.
