I love this place. Oscar has done a phenomenal job growing his business, and he's done it by having the best talent around. Chino is my guy. I won't let anyone else touch my beard. I've been going here for 2 years and have always exceeded my expectations. Make sure you make a reservation at least a week in advance. They stay busy.

El Teca it's a great place. I've had Jose, Javier, and Oscar now. They've all done an excellent job for me and my little boy. I have to say that Oscar is phenomenal. He just goes above and beyond and it's more than just during the haircut (which is outstanding and I could literally fall asleep while he's doing his thing) but he also has great customer service skills and demeanor is wonderful. I'm follically challenged and I think it's hilarious how considerate he is. I'm balding, I'm good with it, but he still made the few hairs I have left look great! I'd also add that if you're Spanish isn't great, Oscar is the way to go. They don't need to speak fluent English to do a great job though.

I am super picky about my sons hair, and have had multiple bad experiences with barbers cutting it too short/uneven. Plus it would take forever for these bad haircuts to grow out and look decent. Now that my son is getting older and is starting to care about his appearance, I had to find a barber who knew what they were doing. Someone recommended Oscar at El Teca. He exceeded my expectations after the first haircut. By far the best haircut my son has ever had and the only time I haven't left a barber shop upset with the haircut. My son has gotten his haircut here twice and they were perfect. Not just good, not even just great. But perfect. Oscar is super talented, friendly, has a clean shop and is reasonably priced. Plus the online scheduling is super easy to use. I would happily pay double for the level of talent and skill here. I have heard great things about all of the barbers here! Definitely give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Gabriel did an awesome job with my husband's hair and beard. He said he hadn't had such a great haircut in years. Definitely recommend and he'll be back again!

Easily the top 3 best haircuts of my life!!! Gabriel hooked it up! The barbershop is clean and lively, great music always playing! Big screen TV's and comfortable barber chairs! If you have a beard, don't go anywhere else, top notch!!

Super nice people here. I did not get a hair cut but instead had a straight blade beard shave. The hot towel was nice, the straight blade shave was good, but the fact that he did an eye brow trim was a pleasant surprise. My wife is always complaining about my eye brows so this was a great bonus that I wasn’t expecting. The only thing that could have been better was if the kids in the business wouldn’t have had the volume up so loud on their video games. They were super loud. Otherwise, it was a good experience and I would visit this barber shop again.

The shop has an old-school barbershop vibe but with all the modern conveniences. Gabriel gave me what is probably one of the sharpest haircuts and beard trims that I've ever had. Will be coming back!

I've cut my son's hair for 3 years because salons cut it too short on top. We tried El Teca today and my son loved it. Perfect cut and listened to request to keep length on top. Will share before and after.

I have had my haircut at El Teca at least a dozen times now by multiple barbers and all have absolutely killed it! Chino, Gabriel, Oscar, it doesn't matter. They've all done a fantastic job and I have recommended this shop to a number of friends and co-workers in the big lake area. As long as I am living in this area, this is my barber shop.

This place was awesome, it was only a few dollars more than the no-appointment places where you check in online, and Javier spent a full 1/2 hour cutting my hair. I’ve had so many comments on my cut this week - I will come back here EVERY time!
