This was my first time, on Saturday September 25th. Our instructor did an excellent job....straightforward, passionate, generous with her time, wanting to be sure, everyone understood the course information. I would highly recommend it, whatever your occupation. Extremely essential, at an affordable price. I'm glad I took this course.

The course was fast enough for a repeat-taker to keep interest, but managed to be informative enough that those that were there for the first time to feel comfortable with the new knowledge. Lori was funny and knowledgeable. Time was well balanced between teaching and hands on. Better than any of my previous CPR/First Aid training courses.
