I don't know that I've ever had a better experience at a Verizon store. The person that helped my wife and I, Hannia, was super patient and helpful. She knew the plans, she knew how to explain our bill, she knew the deals, and she wasn't pushy or trying to sell us anything, which I really appreciate!!!! I'll be upgrading my phone, staying with Verizon, and not shopping around because of the great experience I had.

I had a first rate 5 star experience at VERIZON-Bountiful due to the competent positive CAN DO work ethic of Moh when he worled tirelessly to upgrade my cell phone service from a glichy S9 outdated OS to a smooth and much faster S24

After going to three Verizon locations in the area for an issue this location actually listened and helped with my situation. We have been with Verizon for 20 years and they seemed to value that. Hannia was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

The salesperson was very helpful. Knows the products very well and was able to help us understand and correct the issues we were having. He made us aware of promotions going on, but was not pushy in any way.

Stopped in because my phone wasn't recognizing the sims card all of a sudden. I took it in and they got me fixed up quickly and on my way. The lady that helped me did a great job.

I went to this Verizon, I was so down and upset about breaking my phone. Lucas was the first, and jumped at the right opportunity to help me. He reassured all of my precious photos of my pets are backed up to the cloud. He was so smart about my type of phone and he knew all about my account. He gave me such a good deal! He is very educated about his job. I appreciate his care and his trustworthiness. Such a solid dude, go to him for all your inquiries!!

Went in and got helped right away! I needed a new phone urgently, and Miguel at the store was happy to help! He was able to help me get the right phone, and was able to recommend any needed accessories and protection. He quickly got me setup, and helped me transfer my data from my old phone to my new one, all while helping another customer in the store at the same time! Very happy with the service, and I’m very happy with my new phone!

Help was very helpful and an amazing multi tasker helping all that came into the store.

Don’t have enough good things to say about this place. I compare switching service providers as painful as buying a car. We had a terrible experience at a different store the week prior and so I was really amazed by the service here. I worked with Nate and he did an awesome job. Did not waste a second of our time and was straight to the point. Did not try to use any dumb sales tactics and told me exactly what I needed and got it done. Nate definitely knows how to run a business and we really appreciated how quick and professional he was at getting us switched over from sprint. Highly recommend this store and highly recommend working with Nate!

I went into Verizon today and I had the best experience buying a cell phone I've had. The in-store manager named Zach, he was the most helpful person I have ever encountered. this was the best service I have ever had while buying a phone, I will definitely tell all of my friends and family he is the person to go to.

The store manager, Spencer I believe his name was, was so kind and helpful. He made the process easy!

I needed to upgrade my phone because the battery was not holding out. I went to Verizon franchise outlet store near Costco in West Bountiful, Utah. Fortunately, William “Willey” was there and he walked me through the process of upgrading my Apple iPhone. I had worked with Willey in the past and felt he had given me a fair deal so I trusted he would take care of me again which he did.

If anyone thinks they are going to get a better deal than the next person who walks in, this isn’t a car dealership which is a very annoying experience. But, what sets this store apart in my mind is the service.

Willey helped me select a phone that would serve my needs now and for the next several years. We looked at my data usage to scale the memory I may consume. That was the biggest decision in the process. Then we selected my phone, color, warranty y/n, screen protector y/n, case y/n. Then I paid for the upgrade cost. After that, Willey spent the next 30 or so minutes doing a wireless direct phone to phone transfer. Everything transferred! All my contacts, my Apps, et al. Nothing was missing. It was the easiest upgrade I’ve ever done.

Willey showed me a few tools that I didn’t know about and sent me on my way smiling!

Zach was a huge help to us! There were a lot of issues that came up due to the prepaid account and Zach went way above and beyond to correct the issues for us. He worked harder than I have ever seen a Verizon employee work to help a customer. He truly went above and beyond anything we expected. He will be a huge loss to this store as he moves to Logan. If we ever have any Verizon issues, it will be worth the trip from Bountiful to Logan just to have Zach help us on the account.

I had the best experience in this store yesterday. I came in completely stressed out about my phone issues. Then Nate went above and beyond to help me. I don’t think I have had such great customer care! He was able to resolve all of my issues and he even came out to my car and made sure my phone was linked to my Bluetooth. He was the best. If you need any help come to this store. They won’t disappoint you!

Top notch customer service at Verizon on 500 west with Willy. I broke my phone 3 times and each time he has given me good advice on what I should do/ given me an amazing price to either fix it or get a new phone. He really will take care of you there! Highly recommend. He deserves a raise!
