Wendell and his crews were exceptional in their professionalism and work quality. They went beyond our expectations to ensure that our home was well taken care of. We chose a satin finish for the paint, which makes the paint look thicker with a lovely sheen. The posts were done with a semi-gloss finish and they stand out and truly finish the porch. Wendell also did some additional carpentry work at a very reasonable price and even though they found that much more scraping was needed than originally thought - he kept to his original quote. Highly recommend this business.

I called in April to see if Wendell could fit me into his schedule this year. He said that he had time in mid-June, which was perfect for my schedule. He arrived the next day to look at the painting and siding and prepared a quote which I received the following day. The amount quoted was very reasonable and his responsiveness made me look no further.
I booked the job and he showed up with his crew right on schedule in mid-June. The Serenity crew was incredible. They cleaned up all their equipment at the end of each day and it was like they were never there. My wife was concerned about potential damage to her extensive flower gardens on one side of the house. Not a single plant was damaged!

Wendell's crew recently stained our log home and large wooden deck. Wendell was responsive throughout the process, from quote to completion. He and his crews were flexible around all the wet weather we had, and made decisions to see the work done properly such as diverting to another job site when they arrived to find the fog at my location had left things wetter than expected. Wendell made sure that I had no questions or concerns as the job was finishing up, and brought his crew back one last time to address some things he noticed that I hadn't pointed out.

We used Serenity Painting & Renovations for lead abatement in our home. Wendell and his team were communicative, prompt, and professional. We chose Serenity in part because Wendell was able to handle a set of original, single pane wooden windows onsite. Another contractor we spoke with only offered window replacement or an off-site process that would leave us without windows for about 2 months. Serenity stuck to the promised timeline, and our independent lead inspector, in conjunction with a testing lab, certified Serenity's work about 24 hours after completion. Serenity also backs their work with a 2-year warranty, which is great to know given that we also had them repaint all of the treated surfaces (this isn't required to pass inspection, but we didn't want to have a separate painting project). We would highly recommend Wendell and the Serenity team to anyone who is in need of lead abatement!

I have hired Serenity Painting & Renovations to renovate a property in the spring of 2022. After I saw the quality of their work, I hired them to renovate another property in Manchester in the fall of 2022. Wendell and his team are courteous, respectful, detailed orientated and trustworthy. I had their team in 2 of my properties for extended periods of time and I am incredibly pleased with their ability to respond to my needs and the quality of work they delivered. I have now worked with their teams on 2 large renovation and painting projects over several months and I highly recommend this company. Wendell runs a quality company and he has delivered on what he said he would do!

I called Serenity re: painting our deck. Wendell came to do an estimate a few days later. He measured the deck, then described in detail what needed to be done. Two days later we got the estimate by email. I thought it was reasonable. They started about 1 week later. The crew was very hard working. They came early, went right to work. and did a nice job. We are very pleased with the way the deck looks. I recommend Serenity and would hire them again.

We used Serentity Painting and Renovations to paint the outside of our 1840 house. While they were here, we added carpentry work to repair the major squirrel holes in the sofit and molding. Then added much needed drywall work to skim coat our bathroom. They were great at all of it! Wendell is wonderful to work with- he gave me an estimate quickly after I first called him, sent receipts immediately, answered my many questions timely, and even started the project when he said he would (unheard of these days!). Wendell even waited to paint one area of the house because a pair of doves had built a nest and were raising young. He worked around rain delays, multiple projects and nesting birds graciously! A very satisfied customer -- I hired Serenity Painting & Renovations to complete an interior lead paint removal and restoration of a 150 year old post and beam three story colonial home. I hired Serenity as they specialize in restoration and are certified lead abatement contractors. Serenity had a large crew that worked well together and were very polite, meticulous and clean. I was very impressed with owner Wendell Parham-Brown as he was easy to work with, always kind, and respectful. I truly appreciated the fact that Serenity was able to take on additional work like putting up new ceilings, fixing and painting many horsehair plaster walls, and having a contractor available to do the electrical work when needed. I would certainly hire Serenity back again and would recommend this company to my friends.
