My soncame in on his 22nd birthday. To finance for the first time and trade in his old car. Ned was wonderful helping him pick out what he was aiming at in price.
First time buyer. Got a pretty decent trade and excellent warranty.
He is absolutely in love with his new (used) Hyundai Elantra 2017.
I can't describe how welcoming and quick it all went.

Drove two hours from Western Mass to Keene ( Fenton Family Dealership) to purchase my car. Fair price and they had the car I wanted within my budget. No pushy sales which was very attractive. Car was cleaned and polished and all paperwork was ready when I arrived which cut down on wait time. They accommodated my schedule and registered my car in Mass for me. Very pleased and would recommend even if it means making a longer trip.

From the first phone call for service to picking up my vehicle the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a RAV 4 XLE Hybrid from Toyota of Keene. I had a wonderful sales experience with Cantrell “CJ.” I did not feel pressure to purchase a car and I felt CJ was very honest, upfront and down to earth. The car buying process was easy. I came into the dealership with a complex mix of capability needs required for my situation and not a lot of financial resources to put to the situation. The dealer's salesman and management team are creative and we have all ended up feeling satisfied!

Drove up from Connecticut to check out a 2024 Tundra and within the first few minutes of being there, I could tell this dealer was made up of honest folks willing to work together and get you into a new vehicle. I took a quick test drive and started to talk numbers shortly thereafter. After some quick and easy negotiating, we came to a fair number that both parties agreed to and it was a done deal. Joel is an excellent salesman, Bob is a great manager, and Branko helped me get even better numbers as we signed the final documents. Couldn’t ask for more from a dealership, who made me feel like family even from two states away. Would absolutely recommend!

I am not one who enjoys car shopping but this experience was very different. From the moment I walked into the Fenton Family Dealership I was very pleased with the service we were given. We were met by Ryan McCullock who is a sales and leasing consultant. I knew what I was looking for with my next vehicle and they had two on the lot. Within 10-15 minutes Ryan had both vehicles ready to test drive. He was very to the point, knowledgeable and very professional. I was undecided on which vehicle I wanted to purchase and Ryan allowed me the opportunity to drive one home to test it out. I took it home on a Monday and returned back on Wednesday. After running some numbers and getting me exactly where I wanted to be with my trade in and monthly payment I purchased my 2021 Toyota Highlander. Before I left the lot with my new car, Ryan made sure I was familiar with everything in the vehicle and also helped me set my phone up with the car. After I left, him and I texted back and forth regarding some questions I had with the car and helped me figure out certain functions I was not familiar with. Ryan went above and beyond and made, what is normally a very stressful event, very comfortable and easy. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Purchased a used Toyota Highlander today. I am very happy with my new car and how my experience was during my visit. Worked with Kyle Cavalliere today, he was awsome to work with. Kyle was knowledgeable and made buying a car easy.

My husband Keith has bought dozens of vehicles, both personal and business. This is our eight new Toyota, and we were extremely happy with our salesman Jason Boudreau. Jason and his whole team were extremely professional, very helpful, and worked everything that could be done to facilitate our purchase. My husband is very experienced with vehicles, in fact he sold new Toyotas for a while. If we need another vehicle, we will contact Jason, and buy at Toyota of Keene.

Gotta tell you about this experience! I arrived at the dealership with a notebook of cars I'd seen advertised around the area prepared to do the dance around town and not buy that day. Ryan McCullock was amazing! Not only did he clear off several cars for me to drive at Toyota but also took me to see cars I'd seen at other Fenton dealerships in town and cleared off those cars for me to test drive as well. . What a great seviy Fenton family!!! Ryan listened to me prattle in about what was important to me in a car and where I was with budget etc. and lots of other cool conversation. My wife and I were in the market for a new 4Runner. After dealing with a few dealerships in Western Ma where we live, with disappointing results, we decided to expand our search and we ended up landing at Toyota of Keene. Right away we were greeted by Nathan in the parking lot and he wasted no time getting us in and getting to work on what we wanted. With the shortage on vehicles due to the pandemic, we knew our options would be rather limited. They had a brand new 4Runner with most of the options we wanted on the way and would be in within the month, however “most of the options” was not the exact vehicle we wanted, but Nathan said “not a problem, we can add the additional options you want.” So with that said, we came to an agreement on the purchase, and we got what we wanted for our trade. Nathan also kept us informed from the time we left the dealership about the status of the arrival of the new 4Runner up until the day it arrived. Once it arrived, Nathan made sure to not only keep us updated on what was going on with having it ready for us, but also pushed to have it ready in the time frame that he promised us. My family and I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, and due to conflicting schedules, Nathan had offered to deliver our new 4Runner to our house, and take the trade in vehicle back with him. The entire process took just shy of a month, but it was well worth the wait to get exactly what we wanted. On behalf of my family, I want to thank Nathan, and everyone at Toyota of Keene, including Amanda, in the business department, Jeff and Bob in the sales management department, for delivering on exactly what we wanted.

Outstanding from start to finish! When we began of search for a new car, we reached out to a few dealerships in New England, 2 others relentlessly hounded us to the point we had to block them! Endless calls, texts, and emails. Salespeople tried to sell us what they had, not what we wanted. Toyota of Keene did none of that! We were able to get exactly what we wanted for a vehicle (Highlander Hybrid Platinum,) the trade in, and the terms. Could not be happier!

6. Pickup was fast and seamless.
7. Car was in outstanding shape and ready to go.
I want to point out specifically my salesperson Cantrell “CJ” Johansen. He is doing an excellent job despite a challenge with the application accepting my information he stuck to it and got the job done. He was both friendly and professional and had exceptional knowledge of both the process and Toyota vehicles and accessories.
I also wanted to point out how Amanda (not sure of her last name) made the financing easy and the contracts I needed to sign understandable. She also was knowledgeable about the process and explained it clearly and concisely.

Both CJ and Amanda answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable through entire process.

I also had a question about the auto-start and a service writer jumped right up and came outside with me and gave me a quick lesson on how to use it correctly.

I worked in the Auto Glass field for 20 years and did work at many dealerships in both Mass and New Hampshire, so I have seen good service and bad serve and know the difference intimately.

That being said I would definitely recommend Toyota of Keene to friends and family.
