Jeremy Brown gave me a fantastic introduction to the Honda family! He is personable and patient and really went the ‘extra mile’ to ensure I got into an amazing car that I LOVE. Jeremy and the GM Jason also went above and beyond to help me explore all options in terms of leasing and financing and came up with the BEST outcome for my needs. They took my needs and style into consideration and presented me with a gorgeous 2024 Civic EX-L. This car is not only affordable but feels extremely elegant and luxurious. I never felt pressured or as though I was simply a ‘sale’. They each took time to personalize this experience and get to know my unique needs and wants. This is my first Honda but because of their amazing care and commitment to their customer I am sure I will be driving Hondas for many many years to come. Today, I brought my car in for a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle I'm considering purchasing from another dealer, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service I received at Keene of Honda. Despite the short notice, Scott Cashman, the service manager, went the extra mile to provide me with a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the car. He demonstrated patience and responsiveness in addressing my numerous questions, ultimately granting me complete peace of mind regarding the prospective purchase. As I left, I found myself wishing I were buying the car from Keene of Honda because of the trust they've instilled in me. I wholeheartedly recommend that any reader places their trust in them as well.

After an unexpected breakdown of my (very)old car, I looked to Honda of Keene to finance a vehicle. I had my eyes on getting a CR-V for a while and saw that Honda of Keene had some of the best prices for newer used CR-Vs. I got preapproved from my credit union on Friday afternoon, viewed the car that I wanted from their online inventory on Saturday, and drove home in that same vehicle on Monday. Brennan was SUCH a huge help. He was very patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. Before and during the test drive, he was such a good guide on the different features of the car. Also, the team that helped with the financing portion of the deal was so genuine and made me feel comfortable and confident. I can't recommend this dealership enough!

While at first, my visit seemed very sales-oriented, I quickly realized that the employees were just trying to make sure I got the car I wanted.

Liz, although young, and having only been an employee for a short while, was extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable. My conversation with her was pleasant, and I find that she is very personable. I hope that she can gain a bit more confidence in herself and get some more sales under her belt! She was great!

I also really enjoyed my conversations with Tiegan. He was very helpful and understanding, and really tried his best to get me the best deal possible despite my credit history. He worked with me, and his correspondence was on point.

I think Jason is a great manager as well, although I didn’t talk much with him. For the small bit of conversation we had, I thought he was very funny, and made my purchasing experience more fun and pleasurable!

I also want to add that I had a very short talk with one of the detailers, Filipe (I’m not sure if that’s spelled correctly), and I thought he was cool, and you could tell he really liked his job.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Honda, and I hope that any readers hoping to get a new car share my experience!

Larry Gilmet is an incredible sales associate. I never felt any pressure or confusion. He answered all my questions knowledgably and never made me feel like a dunce for asking.
Larry even drove a car for me to test drive to my house when I had issues getting to the dealership! I'm definitely sending anyone in need of a new or new to them car to Larry!

If I could give more stars I would for this entire team. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Larry and he was exactly what people should look for in a sales role- not pushy, flexible to provide any/all options, was very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. I also dealt with (I believe Jason & Teagan???) who were also 5 stars. I found the exact car that I was looking for at another dealership however decided to come back to this one just because I know the service is impeccable...keep it up!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of my sales associate, Liz Newell. She was able to help me find the car I wanted in the price range I was looking for and she knew what she was talking about describing the features of the car.

I walked into Honda of Keene around 5pm on a Friday after shopping their Certified pre-owned vehicles online. Larry Gilmet was friendly, helpful, and he and the rest of the Honda team got me into my new Honda in time to meet a friend for dinner. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Walked in on a Monday to buy a car with no expectations. For us, the deal was contingent on what we would get for our trade. Tik Tok said, scope out trade in values ahead of time and fight for the dealership to match, but Honda of Keene gave us a little more than expected and we felt like we got a fair deal.

Larry Gilmet was our salesperson (with a little help from trainee Liz). Highly recommend Larry - great personality, HONEST and no "salesman" pushiness at all. With Larry and the other staff on hand, we had the paperwork going and signed within a short time.

Teagan Cairns is the business manager who ends up wrapping up all the paperwork. What an impressive "young" man. Don't let his youth fool you - he is one sharp business person and made us feel comfortable and expedited the paperwork so we could be on our way.

This is our 2nd car from Honda of Keene. Would def recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to check them out.

Larry is an outstanding sales professional. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles, articulate and easily understood when describing the car. He has an innate sense of the customer. He spent a great deal of time with me even though it was very late on a Saturday afternoon. Teagan was also very helpful. I left with a beautiful new CR-V and an appointment to have the car undercoated. I was very surprised that someone of Larry's caliber wasn't permitted to handle the sale from beginning to end. My personal opinion is that it would have been a plus for him to be able to handle that.
