This is just a wonderful bookstore, charming atmosphere, unique and wide selection, local materials as well. Handicap parking and a very nice ramp was much appreciated. Each one of the kids was able to find a book they liked. Very nice staff, aesthetically pleasing store, nice place to spend time

This bookstore is fantastic! They have a spacious kids' section, a well-organized used book area, and a new book section. Finding titles is a breeze, and the prices are quite reasonable. Plus, there's a convenient coffee shop attached.

Fantastic local book store. Huge, and a great selection of used books (in addition to new). The world needs more shops like this. I didn't get a chance to stop by the cafe, but will next time.

An eclectic inventory of books and book matter (i.e., wall calendars and day-to-day desk calendars, stationary, planners, pocket notebooks). An ok used section (not nearly as large as the used section at the Peterborough store and, therefore, not as much to explore). It is a great way to spend a lazy winter's day.

Superb, inviting bookstore with a great little cafe and the best selection of greeting cards in town. In addition to the well-organized collection, there's a whole room of children's books, magazines, large-print selections, sale bins and more. Staff is knowledgeable and there to help.

A wonderful find in Keene NH. From the moment you walk in you are consumed by 2 very large rooms of an amazing assortment of books. The staff was plentiful and eager to help. From the moment you walk in you you are lost in time. Great place to spend a few hours on a rainy day.

One of the Best vegan offerings we found in NH and VT! Cardamom maple coffee and the pickled egg were top tier.

Found everything I was looking for and more at this adorable little bookshop in the heart of Keene. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to kickstart my next reading journey with the selection I got today (and very fairly priced). Would recommend to all.

So I found an employee immediately, had no idea what a manga was or which author to buy as a gift. She spent a lot of time explaining and helping me even though I caught her on break. I walked out with 5 books gift wrapped for my son. Turns out he loves the author so I did good. Thank you. Love this place!

Great little independent bookstore chain. 3 local stores. I go to the one in Keene and the staff is always helpful. I made two trips there already this holiday season for gifts and may end up with another one. My only hesitation is that a book isn't really that person's cup of tea. It isn't in stocks, but ordering is easy and you can even do it online if that is how you want to do it. There is also a part time Cafe in the Keene store, but I haven't ever been there when it was open due to my schedule. I have been shopping Toadstool since they were in the Mill and I will keep going back as long as they are around.
