I can't say enough about this Ford dealership. Since my first call into Monadnock Ford the staff has been the best. We worked with Robert in sales. I told him what we were looking for in regards to, color, style, technology package & 2-tone roof. Unfortunately he didn't have what we were looking for in stock, but said he would work on seeing what he could do. Honestly, I thought that was the end of the conversation. Relentlessly, Robert searched the surrounding area. It took a few weeks but he called back and informed me he was able to get exactly what we were looking for. When we picked the car up meeting Robert was a thrill. I enjoyed working with him and he seemed like an old friend even though I never met him before in person. After we picked up the car we met some of the staff and they too were so friendly. Service Director Curtis, GM Larry and Steve in marketing. They treated us all like family. When I need a new car I will go no where else. Thank You

I had a phenomenal experience working with Monadnock Ford in purchasing a new F-150 lightning. Their pricing on the website was transparent. They didn't try to play any games or sneak dealer accessories I didn't want and just were an all around honest group of people. In particular wanted to call out Amanda Mills and Robert Ekblom for their kindness working with me. Just top notch people giving top notch service. I lived over an hour away and so came to an agreement with them over the phone and so when I came to finalize paperwork a few days later, nothing had changed from the initial agreement and they didn't try to aggressively sell me any add-ons. Easily worth the 80 minute drive to get to them from Central Massachusetts. The finance manager Ken also was able to have all the paperwork set up perfectly so it was quick and easy to complete everything and was out of the dealership within an hour and a half including taking some time to go over the truck in detail, call my insurance to verify stuff, sign paperwork and take some pictures outside with my new truck. I had reached out to many dealerships over the prior weeks and the folks at Monadnock were easily the best group to work with!

Purchased a new F150, was very happy with the whole experience, from working on the price to fit my needs, following up on questions I had, and the initial service appointment was right on schedule and extremely quick and efficient. Thanks to Michael in sales and Curtis my service rep!

The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff worked together as a team. I was able to get my new Bronco on the same day that I did the test drive. Excellent customer service!!

Jason and the team at Monadnock for were incredible. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. The finance team worked hard to get me the financing I felt comfortable with. Things took a little bit but everyone stayed late to make sure I left with my new vehicle that night. I only knew they were staying late because I had looked up their hours. No one made any comments or made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Even after the purchase Jason has remained in contact making sure I'm still happy with my purchase and is quick to answer any questions I have about my new vehicle. I highly recommend him and the Monadnock Ford team.

The experience was excellent from the moment we first contact them until we left the lot with a new expedition. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dealership was low pressure, just wanting to assist. Everyone at Dealership were friendly and helpful.

I worked with Stephen (one of the sales team members) there for about two weeks and he was absolutely wonderful. I went round and round from wanting to purchase new to used and I ended up deciding I wanted to used. The car I wanted was very specific and ended up finding one at a dealership in another state. Although I did not end up purchasing my car from there, I did sell my car to them because Stephen was so helpful throughout the entire process. I would strongly recommend Stephen if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!

It was easy to make an appointment 3-4 days in advance. When I had to change the appointment 2 days before, still no problem. I went in for oil/ filter change & tire rotation. When I arrived, I asked about also getting balance & alignment. They were able to do this and they refigured how they would bill me: saved me $15 by doing some work ala carte vs “the package” that had originally been proposed….and I was out in less time than expected. Keith & Amber - the two service advisors - easy to work with & answered all my questions. I recommend them for Ford service.

This place is exceptional from top to bottom. Extremely knowledgeable and outstanding people who don't play any games and work hard to make the car buying process as easy and painless as possible. From the sales team to finance, and everyone in between, this was truly an exceptional experience. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking!

No regrets!!! Monadnock has been well to us. The staff are great, my favorite and number one go to is Robert! But really, they are all wonderful!

Great experience purchasing my new Maverick! Our sales rep Lily was knowledgeable, friendly, laid-back, and funny (well, she tried at that last one, at least ;-)). The process was about as pleasant, painless, and quick as I could expect when purchasing a new vehicle. We called about the truck about an hour beforehand, and were greeted at the door by our sales rep, keys in hand. We were test driving within minutes, and out the door with our new Ford not long after. A well-deserved five stars.

Your parts department and your service department are excellent. Nice to be treated as a valued Ford customer. Prices and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
