Yoshimama Japanese Sushi Bar

My first time visiting this restaurant, we sat at the bar for a drink and a quick bite. It wasn't busy so seating was abundant. My knowledge of sushi is nill so my lunch date and the employee behind the bar were both very knowledgeable in guiding our choices. The food was delicious and came out quickly and the drinks were almost as awesome as my date.

I'm sure we'll be back soon to explore the menu further.

My son and I were enjoying our early dinner at Yoshimama last week and realized we've been eating there for 11 years! I'm embarrassed that I've never written a review and want to correct that oversight now.

We feel it is the best sushi in New England! Very fresh, tasty and great service. There are a lot of options for vegetarians - I almost always have sweet potato sushi, tamago sashimi and avocado sushi. My son loves the sushi and also the bento boxes.

Here's hoping for another 11 years!

I was very impressed by Yoshimama.

I have eaten at many sushi restaurants in southern NH / MA - and Yoshimama is one of the most consistent kitchens ive had.

Everything on my table was good:

Fresh Spring Roll: Refreshing
Gyoza: Very good
Tuna/Salmon/Sw Potato Roll: Very good
Shrimp Temp. Bento: Very good
Yaki Udon Noodle: Very good

My girlfriend and I will be back. It is excellent.

Best sushi in town by far! Everything is always super fresh and they don’t overdo it on the sauce in their special rolls. The staff are also always incredibly friendly. The ambiance is great for dine-in, and it’s usually quite busy (so glad they expanded!). Don’t forget to order some steamed gyoza! It’s amazing

Super fresh, beautiful sushi! You do have to be willing to wait for your sushi at busy times. My husband finished his dish before my and my son's sushi came.

Fresh, great quality sushi. Fast, friendly and attentive service. Reasonably priced- 3 specialty rolls for under $45. Very clean with covid-safety protocols in place.

Tonight was my first time coming here, and it was delicious! It was busy, but worth the wait. Some of the best fish my husband and I have had for sure!

I love this place. I used to go more frequently when I lived in Nashua. Best sushi and the owner is a wonderful person. I have moved and haven’t been for a few years. Last night she remembered me. Such a nice feeling to be remembered. I had sushi and I have to say they have the best Boston maki and it’s pretty to look at. This place never disappoints.

I pre-ordered for Christmas Eve and it was ready and waiting for me at the time I requested, with no errors either. Everything was packaged nicely for take out and the staff was so friendly! Incredible presentation, sushi tasted as good as it looked and the other dishes we ordered from the kitchen were a hit too. Great place for Japanese food!

A favorite sushi spot in Nashua. Great spot with great options. I haven’t dined there in a few years as I normally get takeout from here, but the expansion looks great!

I had a very pleasant dinning experience where the staff was attentive and polite, the tables were separated by plexiglass following biosecurity restrictions and the Food was delicious!!!!!!!. I was surprised by the fact they offered Chutoro Salmon and Tuna and their Sashimi portions were fare for the price. I highly recommend Agadashi Tofu "Crispy Tofu" as a started and their Spicy White tuna Roll. Please support this local hidden jewel and enjoy the tasty offering as good or better than many places in Boston.

The best sushi in Nashua IMO. Always fresh tasting, with good market offerings as well as the regular menu. Definitely recommend.

Ordered pickup, brought the food right home and enjoyed. When I opened the container I could smell how fresh all of the ingredientreturn! I dont know if youve ever had sub par sushi, but this was not that! I will definitely retum! Bonus was the staff was friendly with my daughter, hence the 5 star atmosphere!

The sushi and sashimi are both excellent I have not once had a bad experience with the food or staff be it delivery or take out. Service is very consistent. The only con is it's a bit on the pricey side but it's worth it for what else is available around.

The sushi was really good. Our server was very friendly and perfectly attentive. Really loved this spot- will definitely be coming back.

We stopped in for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. It is small but very inviting, there is a bar/sushi bar and tables and an attractive vibe. I had the Yoshimama ramen as soup, my girlfriend the chicken teriyaki bento, and both were excellent. The sushi boats going by looked amazing, we are definitely going back!

It’s kind of a typical sushi joint, nothing super nice but it’s decent. And clean. It’s very good sushi though. I’ve tried almost everything on their menu and I’ve never been disappointed. Fresh and flavorful. I could eat here every day. The service is also fine. No negative experiences. Just nothing to write about in that department.

Sushi was great, came at lunch and wasn't too crowded. Ordered a Mai Tai that was good too, I would definitely return.

The best sushi in the area. Always fresh Ann's delicious. Great, friendly service, and extremely accommodating for allergies (gluten). This is the only place where we can find a gluten free California Roll in Nashua.
