Smokers Haven Nashua - Smoke & Vape Shop

Noel was excellent in helping me with any questions I had and had some great suggestions. I didn't catch the girls name but both Noel and her were very upbeat and friendly even though they had just opened.

The store on Amherst street Nashua NH is AWESOME!!! Makayla helped me get a gift for my girlfriend, very knowledgeable and explained to me why my girlfriend was going though pods so fast. So I decided to make that my store from now on in! I’ve never had so much help before I think she needs a raise! $$ I never write reviews but honestly she was awesome!

Cam did a fantastic job and I wanted to convey my appreciation!

He was courteous and professional.

This also reflects well on his manager.

I went in with the intention of getting a new pod system but had no idea what to get. Luckily, Noel was there to answer all my questions. He was incredibly patient and kind; he even took the vape out of the box so I could hold it and make sure I liked how it felt. He explained the different choices of pods and gave his recommendation on what would work best for me. He was very attentive and personable and never once made me silly for asking questions. If he doesnt train employees, he should - his knowledge, customer service skills, and personality made my experience easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Thank you so much for all your help today, Noel!!!

Noel was awesome. Really knew his products well. I'm 50 and he was super relatable. Great staff all around. Great store. We're from Clinton, MA. and never mind the trip. Bravo.

Product knowledge & a great personality make up good customer service. Cole exceeded all expectations in both areas. When I stopped by on Sunday, he was the only employee in sight. With two people to attend to before he got to me; he never lost his cool or showed an ounce of stress. He was patient & attentive to each of one of us. A employee of his caliber should not be taken for granted. Kudos Cole. I’ll be making the hour ride from Mass strictly due to Coles top-tier customer service.

Cam convinced me to buy a vape since I’ve been apprehensive to get a new one because of bad recommendations from other shops but he was so helpful and informative!! :3

Also the prices are so good here 😩 and you can ACTUALLY RETURN things that don’t work! So unheard of in MA and on the boarder of NH I’m shocked

I've been here plenty of time but needed a new Mod system as mine broke. Cam was awesome and helped me pick out a new setup! Always a good experience coming here for my e-cig needs!

Noah was super friendly and helpful. He let me see a few different vape pens before choosing one. He gave me knowledgeable information about different pen brands. Highly recommended Noah if you go here!

The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like every time I find a flavor I like smokers haven stops carrying it, but the staff is awesome 😎 I smoked cigarettes for over 15 years and am new to vaping, so having helpful and polite staff made that so much easier for me . They also never act annoyed when I just stare at the wall of vape flavors absolutely confused and then just buy the same thing as last time 😂😂

Olivia and Cole are the best we have been making the hour ride from mass for months now and with their top shelf customer service and vape knowledge we will forever be customers they are always a delight to deal with and always hook us up with the newest and best selling products and have the best knowledge pertaining to the flavors my girlfriend and i are into

I recently purchased my first re-fillable vape in years. The disposable ones are a little expensive with how much I smoke. I went into the store not knowing what I even wanted. Cam was a huge help. I walked out with the exact product I wanted because Cam explained the differences between the different products. It's rare a company/employee recommends products it truly uses themself. 5 STARS

The staff is always friendly and super helpful. I can in looking for a new device and some disposables. Noel helped me find exactly what I was looking for and reminded me about my rewards account. I was in and out in no time at all.

I’ve gone to this location for years and everyone is normally very friendly and helpful, however, Olivia goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome in the store.
