Food was fantastic. Customer service could be a little bit more warmer. Got a bad rating because it was freezing in there and you could tell even the employees were wearing their winter coats. They need to turn the heat on for the customers and also for the employees. It's actually quite uninviting to come into a restaurant. There is no menus. You have to talk through a clear glass window which is fine because they use a baby monitor to communicate with you. Technology has gone a long way using a baby. Monitor is kind of really old school. For the amount of money they charge for their food, they should update their dining room

First time i order from them. They have huge portions of food. I order the lunch specials that comes with soup and fried rice. Everything was very tasty and reasonably priced. I will definitely order from them again!

I’ve came to this place for decades, and the previous owner is a friend of mine. Ever since he retired I didn’t go there anymore because I was worried the food wouldn’t be the same. However, after trying couple of Chinese restaurants in the town I decided to give the “new” Asian Wok Express a try. Their food turned out surprisingly better. I guess I’ll be a regular here again!

I have eaten there at least a couple of times. I really like the food. One can take it home or eat it there. The only downside is limited parking but that - IMO - a minor issue. I think it is worth eating or getting food there.

I was a regular here 20 years ago. Returning to my hometown this place has only gotten better! Great flavor and affordable.

I have always loved this place. The food is so good and the prices are fair! The people are always friendly too! 11/10 reccomend

great food! We are new to Hampton, but our neighbor recommended this Chinese restaurant to us, so we tried and didn’t got disappointed. We will definitely go there again.

Great place to grab a bite to eat. The food is good and much better then many American Chinese restaurants. Most of the people that go here have gone for years and continue to go back time and time again.

Kenny is THE man!!! I have never experienced a bad dish in over five years of frequenting this establishment. Hot spicy chicken T22 is the bomb!!

New to area. Walked in and place smelled good. Got the honey chicken, really good. Next time will get the shrimp and broccoli
