Great staff and selection

As a first time buyer I am totally impressed. I purchased a Killz headlight and it quit working after 5 months. So I called Bossman O. and spoke with Jamie Darby and with no hesitation she said to please send it back and they would replace it. I feel the " big box stores" wouldn't be so obliging. Blaine Anthony is so right about their customer service! ( Blaine is great, my husband and I watch all his shows) So now I will be ordering all my hunting and fishing needs from Bossman outdoors. Thank you!!!!

Good customer service. They welcome you as you walk through the door and are always helpful with anything you ask them. They have a great selection of guns and bows and everything in-between.

Very nice shop. So many guns, accessories, fishing gear, etc. Definitely all outdoor needs. Employees were very friendly & most helpful. Buying a Christmas present for my son & not knowing anything about guns, they were very tolerant & helpful! Definitely would recommend & return for more shopping!

Walking into the store with my wife and son we were greeted by two of the staff even though they were dealing with a customer. Big part to make people feel welcome. I was able to browse the store for a few minutes before I was asked if I needed anything. Perfect timing on all parts. I observed the staff browsing online for an item another customer asked if they could find, and I was still acknowledged if I needed anything. We were also thanked for coming in as we left, even though we did not buy anything. Great staff, excellently done inside, I will definitely go back soon.

Bought a new Tikka T3X Veil Wideland chambered in 300WSM. Buck was very helpful with whole process. Bore sighted in and was immediately on paper. Shot a 3/4" 3 shot group at 100 yards yards. Very happy with gun and highly recommend Bossman Outdoors

I purchased a headlamp online and when I set it up it would not stay on. I called their customer service number and spoke with a wonderful woman who immediately shipped me a new one with no hassle. This is why I buy American and always will. This was my first purchase from them and it won't be my last!!

Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff! I was lucky to have stopped in to check them out during a 20% off everything sale and took advantage of it! It is smaller but have very good options. I will be back and they will be my go to place!

Went specifically for one item. Looked around a bit. Nice store, friendly owner, and well stocked with modern firearms and archery supplies. Limits on ammo, but that's the case everywhere these days.
