The Lake Road Country Store

The country store is a perfect little tucked away treasure in north Webster. Ever since I discovered it, it has become my go to for pizza and wings. If you are passing through, I highly recommend dropping in for the pizza here and wings. As a native I personally think it is much better than Cams, Salvatore's, or any of the local spots. The ice cream is delicious and they have exclusive local brews on tap. If you need something to take the edge, I HIGHLY recommend the "Orange Bastard".

Best fish fry in Webster hands down. The fishermans trio special they have was to die for. I got it quick, every one was super friendly and I'll definitely be going again.

Excellent sandwiches, super filling. One of their large subs can easily serve as two full meals. Try the Lake Roader; very satisfying! I haven't actually sat down inside the place since it was opened by the current owner but it looks like they have a ton of beers to choose from and the guy (who has cashed me out each time I've picked up from there) is incredibly friendly and an uplifting person.

Such a fun bunch of people that work there! Very welcoming and friendly! I went for the breakfast sandwiches, which are delicious and very reasonably priced. Good place to go to pick up something quick if you don't want to go to the grocery store.

What a great little place. Went for fish fry last Friday... really excellent. Disguised as a gas station/bait shop/convenience store/ deli/ ice cream shop this super little restaurant is a must try. They do pizza, subs, and so much more and make their own pasta sauce too so I'm sure we'll be going back to try those. Even long time Rochester area residents weren't aware such a little gem exists right there on Lake Rd. If you haven't already, you gotta go try this place.

"Doc's Beer House" blends fantastic food with an impressive beer selection! You can find limited beer here you will have trouble finding anywhere else and their home-made sub bread is insanely good! Cheers! 🍻

Best fish fry in town! Battered just the right amount and perfectly seasoned. I’ve always been satisfied with everything I order from there! Their meat sauce is also really good.

Love the updates made inside as well as to the menu. The homemade bread for the rolls and sandwiches is amazing. It has really elevated the menu. The food is always fresh and flavorful. Fish fries are one of the best, pick the breaded!

Second time here for lunch and once again it was delicious! My daughter ordered the lasagna and it was 2 HUGE pieces! I got the chicken and eggplant parm sub...we only could finish half of each of our lunches! Highly recommended!! And they deliver!!!!

The staff are really friendly. And, they serve up a ton of fries with your plates.

I had their version of the Tahoe Garbage Plate was as good as the original I had so much of as a teenager living in Rochester in the eighties.

Docs beer. Very good food and a large adult beverage selection.

The best beef on weck I ever had. Homemade, tender, slow cooked, thin sliced roast beef on a home made roll that just melts in your mouth.
Their food is nicely seasoned, homemade with high quality ingredients.

Cool little diner right on lake road, a couple miles east of Webster Park. Best bacon burger I've had in my life!! Plus one of their booths has a checkerboard tablecloth and giant checkers. Can't beat that :)

I love there food and drink and they have pittsford dairy ice cream!!! Homemade bread homemade pasta!!! This is a great restaurant and the owners have really turned this place around from the old owners. HUGE PORTIONS INCREDIBLE FOOD

Great bread for the sub sandwiches--chewy, not doughy, not dry. And they always concoct a veggie sub for me, special. And they're quick and the subs are big. All good.

It's a nice place to bike to! Love their food and service. I would defiantly recommend this as a place to go with friends or yourself and have a nice lunch or even get gas for your car. It's even close to the lake.

Best place in Rochester. Food is amazing and staff is welcoming. Fun place to just chill and get some delicious food and a beer. Hidden gem.
