Really great customer service. Tricia (or Trisha) listened to what I wanted in some new boots, made a solid recommendation, without hardly asking she got me sizes in several brands so I could try them, had a lot of knowledge about all the brands they carry and why some might work better than others. She was a really pleasant and genuine person to work with.

Love this place!! I have bought 2 pairs of boots from them, and will only buy boots from them! The pair I got this year was to tight when I brought them home. When I brought them back to tell them they fixed them for me for no change! You guys rock!! Keep up the great work!!!

I have worn cheap, "cute" boots most of my life, and now that I can finally afford it I decided I needed some real boots so I stopped in to Bear Hollow. Julie, the owner was in that day and she was awesome. A fellow Massachusetts-ian, she helped me narrow down exactly what I needed *and* wanted. And let me tell you, I wasn't even sure what I needed. With great patience and expertise, and keeping my budget in mind, she helped me find the perfect pair (I tried on quite a few). Now I have cute logger boots that keep my feet warm in the winter or cool in the summer, depending on the socks, have excellent arch support for my flat feet, and have safety toes for when I am working in the yard or woods or just feel like kicking something. That was a month ago and I can say these boots are breaking in wonderfully and my feet arendoing so much better.
I also picked up the warmest fleece jacket for a great sale price. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be stopping back in!

Locally owned and selling union made work boots. I highly recommend Bear Hollow Trading Post for quality of goods and service. I have feet that are difficult to fit. The sales person was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I left with a pair of well fitting boots.

Need new motorcycle boots (cruiser style). Whent here. Selection was limited however they had what I needed. They helped me find the correct boot. No issues, no complaints.

Friendly wonderful staff, great atmosphere. Cute dogs as well. Great combination of trinkets, clothing, hats, leather boots, locally made souvenirs perfect for out of town guests, oh and awesome skeleton hoodies! Will go back again!
