I had an exceptional experience with Dave at Paragon Plumbing & Heating. From the moment he arrived for the quote, he was punctual, polite, and demonstrated a wealth of information. The price he quoted us was very fair, and the work he did was outstanding. The marksmanship is evident in the images I've attached. He replaced an old hot water heater that was having issues and replaced it with a tankless water heater that I wanted. Every detail was handled with precision and care. I will certainly be using their services again in the future. Highly recommended, go with them, you will not be disappointed one bit.

We hired Paragon to do a substantial amount of work prior to and for finishing our basement. The house is 30+ years old and had lots of little tweaks needed to the pipes and fittings in the basement. Additionally we installed a tankless water heater and a new bathroom with shower and relocated all of our Well equipment to optimize the space. Dave is very knowledgeable and provides great communication and scheduling. He was always reliable and does great quality work. I never needed to worry where Dave was or when his work would be complete when managing multiple contractor schedules. We have a lot of work ahead in the rest of our house and will be sure to call Paragon again.

Dave came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! We have an older boiler and with that comes lots of maintenance - unfortunately certain parts were past the point of no return and we were without hot water. We reached out to Paragon immediately and Dave was so attentive and came to check out the problem very quickly. He installed a new water softener and indirect fired water heater in no time. He answered all of our questions and what I really loved is that he gave us a detailed run down of all possible options and didn't want to just throw a bandaid on it. He was able to rewire our heating zones and make everything so much more efficient. I HIGHLY recommend - he is amazing, so knowledgeable and fantastic at explaining everything!!! He will be our go-to from now on. I never write reviews but this one was a must!

Dave came highly recommended when we moved to Califon in 2021 and since then he’s installed a new tankless water heater (pictured), generator, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, and generally been incredibly helpful in repairing and updating the plumbing in a 25 year old home. He’s incredibly responsive, not afraid to tell the client (me) when I’m moving in the wrong decision with a direction, and his work is very high quality. I’d recommend him to anyone in the area and he’s my go to call when I’m having any issues at the house.

Neat work speaks for itself but Dave has always suggested different options for what I could do and answered any questions to guide me through any projects he has done for me. Dave recently installed a combi water heater/boiler in our home. He is the consummate professional. He assisted us straight from the start and was always available for questions. During the install, he always let us know what would be done that day, completed the work, and cleaned up fully. Everything came out great! I highly recommend using Paragon Plumbing. I had a wonderful experience at my home in Flemington. Dave recently installed a UV system for my well. He was such a pleasure to work with.

What I loved about the entire experience is that he is extremely knowledgeable, uses best quality products and does not cut corners.

The entire process was so smooth and simple. He stopped by to first take a look, ordered the parts and a few days later reached back out as he said he would and we scheduled a date.

On the day, he showed me exactly where it would go, what it would do and how the system would work. He worked so carefully and skillfully and got everything installed under 2 hours. He was so clean too. Made sure everything was working properly a few days which was truly a testimony to his caring and skilled character.

He also performed other services as well such as checking filters, some line flushes with Chlorine and just generally making sure all my other plumbing, filter, hot water, and septic lines were good.

I found this so amazing because he went above and Beyond for things which he didn’t have too.

Dave came and repaired our water pressure relief valve that was leaking and gage very promptly. He spent time explaining the components and what was wrong with our water pressure tank. He was very professional and prompt. Would use him again anytime!

Even as new home owners, I don’t believe we’re unique in valuing someone we can trust to provide a service. We always look to referrals and we’re grateful to be referred to Dave with Paragon. My wife and I were looking to have a whole home water filtration installed plus RO system. We have lived in Tewksbury for 20 years and for 15 of those we have worked with Dave at Paragon Plumbing. Dave has always been available when we needed him. Recently our sump pump broke and we had water in the basement and Dave had us up and running with a new sump pump the same day. He has replaced our furnaces, neutralizer, water softener, thermostats etc. Dave has also sent us to quality contractors for services he could not supply. We recommend Dave and Paragon with NO reservations!

Dave is an amazing plumber that's extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He really cares about his clients and makes sure you don't do wasteful repairs or changes. We just purchased our house and he was able to predict flaws in our heating system before it started getting cold. As soon as the temperature dropped, the rooms that Dave said were going to have issues came to fruition. Due to our sump pump being older and our pit not being the right depth, we had him install a new sump pump, increase the size and perferate the pit, and install a water power sump pump back up. The job he performed was fantastic. We had two carpenters work in our house during this time, who have worked with concrete and sump pumps before. They couldn't stop talking about how great of a job Dave did. They said that it was the best plumbing they've ever seen. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend him.

Dave is a master when it comes to his craft. He’s converted our home from oil to natural gas, installed a water heater, fixed our venting, installed a water softener, fixed any leaky old pipes and now installed a reverse osmosis system. We know we are getting the best and a trustworthy guy when we call for service.
