Sun and Surf Motel

We go to Hampton Beach few times a year every year for 15 years and we've stayed all over. Most of the beach motels are dirty, even the nicer ones (but its the beach right?). This is a new gem for us. Some of the rooms are dated and some have been renovated but they are clean. Im a little bit of a clean freak and Sunday I watched the staff, which it look like was the owner and family, take about an hour or more for each room. I saw all sheets bedding removed which is big to me because I know some place don't regularly do that. The owners are also really nice and helpful. My friend couldn't find a room and the owners granddaughter found her and her kids a room down the street. If they update there rooms more it be even better place to stay

Very happy with this motel, will definitely come back next year. It's a funky beach motel which means it's dated and you have to bring your shampoo and hair dryer. The price however, is right. And I love funky. Our room felt like home the minute we stepped in with a full kitchen (including a full size stove and full size frig), a table with chairs and a large bathroom. This is the first place we've stayed where the WiFi actually worked and had a strong signal, Also the first place we've stayed in a long time with a working bath tub. The service was excellent; the maid even folded our clothes and washed the dishes! The room was sparkling clean and the pool, although dated (slippery cement) was very pleasant, met some nice people. I loved that the motel was tucked into a neighborhood of homes just steps from the beach. Great casual restaurant across the street. Nice and quiet, minutes from the Hampton Beach strip. If you like what I described, this is the place for you.

This place is great and convenient to the local area attractions and accommodations. It may be time to switch or clean the filters in the AC, but the unit is cleaned to a top level standard. Be aware that bar soap is plenty, if you hairdo....bring your due.

There is an microwave and fridge.

The staff is kind, friendly, attentive.
Make sure to have your vehicle plate number ready for parking.

There is a pool and fresh clean towels aplenty.

Enjoy your time and the beautiful cost at New Hampshire in this affordable, easy does it place to lay your head at night.

This was a splendid little place to stay just minutes walk from the beach. Very clean, quaint and economical place to stay with very friendly & helpful staff! We stayed for 5 days and loved it! The pool was a great place for my daughters and I to relax in after a great beach day. Highly recommend this place and we will be back.

I have stayed here a couple of times. While not the newest or most luxurious place it does meet your basic needs. Bed were comfortable, rooms were clean. The person who runs it was friendly and you can't beat the location. Nestled between the main beach and the north beach. Easy walk to downtown.

Nice motel, about a 10 minute walk to the beach but it's not a bad walk even for me who's out of shape. Clean inground pool. Clean room and. Nice little cottage with a kitchen complete with pots, pans, and dishes! Very nice staff!

This motel was awsome, friendly, went out of there way to accommodate us. Especially when the motel my nephew was staying in. Would not put a cot in there for him to sleep. So he stayed with us on our motel. And The owner gave us a bigger room with out charging us just so my nephew could stay with us. By far the best motel to stay in. And my whole family will be staying there next time. The staff made us feel at home. The wifi was great ,cable was great. Very clean.

S&S is a delightful getaway. I almost hate to share as there may not be a vacancy the next time I want to come. On my list of returns to. Quiet family atmosphere has everything you need and is within walking distance to everything you want on the shore. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. The staff and guests are all friendly and helpful seeming to share the common goal of enjoyment and safety.

Great location! Great rates! Owner is very personable, loved speaking with her! Room was very clean! Area felt safe and secure! Minutes from the beach!

Had a great time ,clean,were very concerned about the safety of our grandson,pool needs some work but very clean water. Very nice folks. Will be staying again

We stay at Sun and Surf every year when we go to Hampton Beach. It's close proximity to the beach is a plus. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly.

As usual a wonderful stay. Have been staying here for over twenty years with no complaints. Very clean and very friendly.

We went for the Seafood Festival. It is a nice and clean place a mile from center. We like being out skirt of everything. Had a blast. The owner is wonderful!!!!

It's quite and it's not for younger or families with kids It's a place to get a way form everything if you what to party this is not the place It's more for older people that don't want noise I loved it I didn't have to put up with little kids running around or drunks making noise I will go again it clean and the beach is close it was a win win for me

Can't wait for next year to make reservations.
The only problem I had was there is no railing to walk into the pool. But it still was fabulous

Really nice Motel excellent prices perfectly relocated I would definitely stay here again staff is friendly everybody is friendly around the neighborhood so that's definite plus good time excellent overall

I give the motel a 5 star rating the owner was extremely understand ing to my needs to get away got me a great room at a steal I'll be coming back for sure Auburn mass

Basic, great location for the price. Owner is so sweet and kind, very helpful for someone being here for the first time
