Western New York Dental Group Webster

Just had all the prep work done, and the temporary put on for a new crown at the Webster office. I am terrified of dentists and the people at Western New York Dental are aware of this and they are always so wonderfully kind and reassuring. I never have any discomfort at all. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Dr. Nikitkova and her team in Webster!

Reading the reviews, most of them have nothing to do with the actual dental care people received. I do get the importance of having respectful, pleasant and nice staff greeting people at the door and the frustration of no show fees but neither of these things are a direct indication of the quality of dental care you recieve.

I have personally been going to this office on and off since they opened this location, I have also gone to multiple other locations they have. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at the Webster location, including cleanings, x-rays, tooth extractions (back when they had an oral surgeon), and fillings. I have seen multiple dentists at this location, and most recently, that doctor has been Dr. Nikitkova. She is the only doctor currently at this location and is wonderful. She is kind and caring and compassionate and has an excellent bedside manner. My dental work has all been excellent, and she makes the experience as pleasant as possible given the circumstances. I've also had great experiences with all of the hygienists and assistants that I have interacted with at that office.

One of the other complaints made was a lack of adequate reminders to ensure the ability to cancel appointments with enough notice to not have a cancellation fee. I receive reminders via text for my appointments, but I also put the appointment in my phone and set reminders for one day and one week before my appointment. If you sign a paper agreeing to a cancellation fee, if less than 24 hours in advance, you are an adult and responsible for knowing when your appointment is. Reminders are helpful, but it is ultimately your responsibility to know when your appointment is and to cancel in time. Again, this has no impact on the dental care received.

Office staff and hygienist were very friendly and accommodating. Hygienist was very knowledgeable on current standard and alternative practices as well upfront about about pricing on additional services but only if you asked - there was no pressure to upgrade any services. I called on Monday and was seen on Tuesday. I subsequently made appointments for the rest of my family. The dentist exam was quick yet thorough. In and out time was very reasonable. Excellent experience overall.

Let me start by saying this: evening hrs on Tuesdays and Saturday hours! Finally a business that realizes that their patients work for a living. Zero pressure for cosmetic up-charges but they are available.

My first visit, (to any dentist in 13 yrs) I sat there and cried for 45 mins. Dr Seeley and her staff were AMAZING. I now have a brand new smile, and look forward to every visit to continue my treatment plan. The staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE TERRIFIED TO SEE A DENTIST!! They have changed my life and I can't thank them enough for their care and hard work!

This is the first time EVER in my life where I was comfortable and walked out after getting a crown with no pain! The dental assistant is so knowledgeable and funny that I actually look forward going to the dentist and that's never happened before! Customer for life!

I've been going to this office since it opened and every visit has been excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and correctly. Keep up the great work!

Top notch care provided by an excellent staff! Jamie is very thorough and takes the time to ensure that any sensitive areas are addressed in a careful manner.
