Sea Spiral Suites

It was peaceful with a nice view of the ocean. Staff was delightful. The room was perfect for us. Nice clean little kitchenette. Clean nice bathroom. Nice kingbed for my teens with a sitting space viewing the conservation area behind hotel. Bed was clean and comfy. It's the beach. You spend time outside or on the strip but when you come back to your hotel you can be glad for a clean room and smiling faces from the staff. Let the shower run a bit then it's plenty hot. I felt safe and secure with two 16yr old girls. Family friendly. Sweet owners.

We were blown away by how big and clean our room was! Melissa the manager and Johnny the owner were so friendly and accommodating! It wasn’t too far to walk to the strip and far enough away that it wasn’t too loud at night. Great ocean view and after staying at another place with no AC we were so happy the one here worked so well! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Johnny and Melissa for such a wonderful stay!!!

The location of this hotel is PERFECTION! Hampton Beach is directly across the street, and it takes less than a 20 minute walk to reach the arcades and attractions on the Hampton Strip. It is an ideal balance of being right near the action but far enough away that the crowds, attractions, food, and music will not disturb your stay or make the area feel crowded. The hotel employees were accommodating and helpful, especially when we needed help with parking three cars. We had a small kitchenette, enclosed balcony, plenty of storage space, and an abundance of amenities such as shampoo and towels. We stayed for 2 nights and our hotel bill at checkout was less than $500! I would recommend this hotel if you like to be right in the action without actually being right in the action. We will be returning for our next trip!

Stayed with my lady for an overnight trip. Cozy room, great view, and not a far walk from the action. Also- my Nintendo switch fell out of my bag when we were packing up to leave and they mailed it to us. If we go back to the area we’ll definitely be getting a room here again.

I have been going here for years, these are the best rooms out of all the hotels on Hampton beach. Most other hotels cost way too much for what you are getting. I love sea spiral hotel and they are pet friendly!! My family only goes here. My boyfriends family only goes here, they are so kind and welcoming. I will never go to another hotel during my visit :)

Don't let the exterior fool you!!! While it may look run down outside (sign and siding faded, stairs a bit sketchy looking) the room I rented was updated, clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't be friendlier. Definitely would consider this again.

It was good but the last night there my son was playing with some pop it n from of the room n a young guy came out n when up n told me they can play with those cause he wasn't goin to clean it so my son staring to cry but beside that it was great n I enjoyed definitely will go back just a lil reminder people bring kids to so let them enjoy a little

Great Price, Incredible location, clean and safe, the important things. We will definitely be back as much as possible. What a find. I'll probably regret letting the secret out!
