My girlfriend and I stayed here during Memorial Day weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. The friendly staff, in particular Steve, were awesome and attentive even though I showed up late to my check in. I had booked an economy room but they upgraded me to a deluxe because it was available, at no extra charge! The room was clean and wonderful! Extremely affordable without feeling like it. We went to a concert that night, came back pretty late with no complaints. I also left some of my belongings in the room and they immediately gave me a call not even 30 minutes after I checked out to let me k ow and told me I could come back and pick up whenever. When I showed up they had everything in a bin off to the side and labeled with my name, these people are just really looking to help and ease their customers. I can’t recommend it enough!

My boyfriend and I stayed for three nights last weekend, and had an amazing time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with check-in. They allowed us to pull directly up to the building to unload our things before we were directed to the designated parking across the street. It is free, accessible, and very well labeled, we never had any issues with parking during our stay. We stayed in one of the nicest rooms available that came with a private balcony and king bed. There was also a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and sink in the kitchenette area, as well as AC, a TV, and a nice bathroom. The room was very clean and had amazing views of the ocean. We really loved the location, as many of the shops and restaurants in the area are within walking distance. Overall we had an amazing time!

Very clean room. The staff, especially Christine, were most accommodating! Kitchenette had a full size stove and refrigerator, with dishes, pans and silverware. You just need to supply the food! They offer reserved parking, the beach is a 2 minute walk across the street with restaurants and shopping a couple of blocks away. Rooms are quiet, safe and everyone is very friendly. We're already booked for next year! If your goal is to spend your days at the beach, and you just need a place to sleep, shower and grab a quick bite... this is the place!

We've been coming here every year for the last few years and couldn't be happier. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The motel is clean and you can tell they really make an effort to keep up with it. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle so you can enjoy a quiet night on the deck but can walk to all the festivities at the main beach.

Beautiful little spot located directly across from the beach! The room was cozy and definitely did the job for my 3 night stay! Very welcoming host and relatively quiet for the room I stayed in! Highly recommend and will book again the next time I'm in the area!

My girlfriend and I stayed there for 3 nights last week. It was originally supposed to be 2 nights but it rained. Luckily, the room was available for another night. We loved the room and area so much we were really glad we got to stay another night. We had the nicest room there. It had an amazing view of the beach and the road with all the shops right from our window and balcony. You can also see your car parked in the parking lot too. It had a comfortable king size bed with nice sheets. I know it's rated as a 2 star motel but it really should be rated as a 5 star motel. The room was nice and clean. It had a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen sink, cabinet with pots, glasses, dishes, big screen tv, a shower with 2 shower heads with one being removable. It had a remote control mini split air conditioner. The staff was very friendly and gave us some good suggestions on places to go we probably would not have seen if they didn't tell us. We had no issues during our 3 night stay. The location is perfect. The beach is right across the street and it's on the end of the beach so it's a little quieter than being down the road. It's only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the casino ballroom and there's a good convenience shop that is only a few minute walk. It is a short drive to good restaurants, mini golf, and seafood market. Parking is included with the room. They have reserved spaces in the public parking area on that main road. They give discounts to returning guests and we definitely will be returning. Prices are fair too. I got a special package that included roses, candy, sparkling cider, and towels folded as swans in a heart shape. My girlfriend really loved it. If you are planning a trip to Hampton beach, stay here. You wont regret it.

We loved our stay here. So peaceful by the ocean. We'd go back! Thank you for being so accommodating with our late arrival.

Ten minute walk from a great open view of the sunrise. Super nice rooms with good coffee(finally) and nice hot showers with stone floors. The owner was beyond helpful, even rescued me from a confusing parking situation lol. He also had really perfect recommendations for breakfast and spots not to miss! Love it here!!!!

We had an amazing stay here! The staff and owner were so nice and helpful. We were able to get our parking pass before check in which was very helpful in getting the most out of our visit. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, balcony with view, kitchenette was very convenient. The location was great! Easy walk to the ocean and gift shops, food and ice cream. Had a fabulous time! Will definitely be back!

Our stay was very pleasant. Our Room was very neat and clean, all the amenities were available right in the room. Staff was really friendly and accommodating esp the owner Steve. Great customer service. Great price (with parking included) on top of the great location (Beach view from the room balcony). Definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 3 nights . We did not know what to expect when we arrived. Our checkin experience was first rate and I knew by the way the staff greeted you that our say would be awesome. Our expectations on all levels were met plus some. We stayed in room 7 ( best room with a view and balcony:) . The room was clean and well appointed , all staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect!! We will definitely be returning here often. Special shout out to Steve for going out of his way to accommodate and be friendly .

The owners were great,enjoyed talking to them. Very clean,great location wished we could have stayed longer. Wished there where more food location near by. But we did ok! Thanks so much!

Steve was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were both very smooth and easy. The location was perfect. Not too far from the beach but also far enough away from the main strip to be quiet at night. No noise from neighbors even though the place was fully booked. Great value, amazing experience all around! I will definitely be back!

The view was simply amazing. The staff was super helpful and courteous. We will most definitely be staying there again in the future for a longer stay. Room was very clean. The private balcony was a great place to sit, enjoy a drink and listen to the ocean.

Just had our second stay and we couldn't be happier. You can tell the owners and staff take pride in the establishment. They are always super friendly and have great attitudes. The rooms are well kept and the amenities are great. Location is perfect if your looking to avoid the hustle and bussle of the main strip. We'll be booking again and it may be a new yearly tradition for us. Highly recommend!

First time staying at Breakers by the sea and i would absolutely stay again. On arrival the kind lady that works the desk was so kind and generous. It was early to check in but she let us park at the hotel so we didnt have to pay for parking. AMANDA was absolutely amazing and very respectful young lady. She was one of the cleaning gals and everything i asked of her she did with a smile on her face. There was never any negative encounters. Close to the beach, on the boardwalk, amazing expirence!

My parents stayed here the week before Memorial Day weekend, this is their second year staying at this location and they rave about the cleanliness and hospitality. They booked 2 more weeks in the coming months and said they highly recommend it.

We stayed here back in May and loved it! It's the perfect spot right by the beach but away from the boardwalk a little bit. Staff was really sweet, room was super clean, we can't wait to be back!

Very nice room with a comfy bed and a great balcony view of the beach. Owner was very nice and friendly and so were the staff. Gave us extra towels when we asked with no problem. Kitchenette was just enough for the two of us for a few days. Will book again!
