This may be a lengthy review but it’s worth it! We recently purchased a truck from Seacoast Truck and Auto and dealt mostly with Mike. From my point of view he’s thorough, kind, respectful, and honest. From my significant others point of view he’s smart, to the point, knowledgeable, and committed to customer satisfaction. From the time we left until we purchased our vehicle we never felt rushed or talked down to, there was never a moment that we felt uncomfortable with the sale and always felt like it was a full disclosure kind of place. There were some unavoidable blips along the way but Mike and Scott went above and beyond to fix the issues (and did) without ever making us feel like we were a burden. The next time we purchase a vehicle it will be from Seacoast. We HIGHLY recommend them!

Mike did a wonderful job of taking care of my wife and I. We found the perfect Kia Soul at a very reasonable price. We liked the way he priced the cars fairly so that there was no need to try and “haggle”.

When we found out that there was an issue with the catalytic converter he had it replaced with a brand new one from the manufacturer, no questions asked and at no additional cost.

But most of all, we appreciated the care and concern as well as the friendly service we received from day one. We would recommend Seacoast Truck and Auto to anyone who likes honest service and no hassles.

Straight forward no nonsense. A pleasure to work with. Even fixed a problem with the heat/ AC after the vehicle was purchased.

Excellent no pressure experience. Came in knowing the vehicle I was interested in. Was allowed to take it for a thorough solo test drive. They put it on a lift afterwards so I could thoroughly inspect the underside. Was very happy with the vehicle and purchased it. Mike in sales was awesome to work with and Andy in the garage was equally a pleasure. It was a smooth transaction. Will be the first place I look next time I'm looking for a quality used vehicle!

I contacted Mike a couple of days ago late in the day and asked if he would be so kind to text me photos of the vehicle I was interested in. Only 15 minutes later
I had them. I went to see the car today to really just drive only and check it out.
I brought a check just in case. The auto was really even better than the videos for being very old. After consulting with my wife and best friend( an expert on these cars) , he said it was a great deal.

I bought a 2013 Ford Focus St about a month ago from this dealership and the staff was more than helpful getting everything sorted out and transferring the vehicle out of state. Mike was the salesman who helped us and he stayed after hours a couple of times to help us. I would definitely recommend buying from here and would definitely be a return customer.

This was my first time buying a vehicle and I had a great experience here. Mike was very helpful and responsive and we got the car at a very reasonable price considering the market and its condition. Right off the bat he even held the car for us as we were out of state no questions asked and no charge. They even went above and beyond and did some pretty fast mechanical work for us after a concerning noise so we didnt have to drive back from out of state, they took no chances and I really appreciated that. After driving the car coming up on a month now I am so glad we went with them and there are no issues!

To my experience trading in and buying a vehicle from these guys was the best experience I have ever had!! Mike was unbelievable very smooth and calm with everything. I bought a lifted 2015 gmc 1500 beautiful truck, the first night driving it home the engine light came on no big deal. I mentioned it to Mike from day 1 up to almost 3 months having engine light issues HE took care of the entire problem without having to tell me it’s at my cost. I have never had the experience with any other dealership after a 30 day in house warranty to be told this is on us we will take care of this problem, main point is if you are looking to get treated right and not lied to EVER and get taken care of these are your guys hands down!!! I can’t thank Mike enough for sticking with helping me with the engine light issue considering all fuel injectors had to get replaced out of their pocket! Easily a job that could of cost me over $1,000.00.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle for our son from Seacoast Wholesale, and it was truly one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. This was actually my second vehicle I've purchased from them, and both times have been excellent. Mike, Steve and Scott are all great guys and extremely honest. After putting a deposit on a Subaru Outback for my son on a Saturday, we told them we'd come back on Monday to pick up the car. Mike told us they'd get the car ready for us, but on Monday I received a call saying they'd found something wrong with the car, and would be sending it out to a Subaru mechanic to fix. They didn't want a car leaving the lot without it being perfect. Later that week we were able to take delivery of the Subaru and it was perfect!! They went the extra mile to ensure the car was mechanically 100% before letting us have it. Now THAT is great customer service. I've purchased many cars over the years, and the staff at Seacoast is easily the best group of guys you'd ever meet at a used car dealership. If your considering a used vehicle, go to Seacoast, you won't be disappointed!!!!!
