Your hotel, the baymont in Naples is a dumpster fire!!! The rooms are humid and damp, the phones do not work, the internet does not work, the hot water does not work, every time you flush the toilet the sink sounds like it’s going to explode, the water pressure in the shower is pathetic, faulty wiring which cause the damn lights to constantly flicker, nobody working the front counter, everything is done through a screen virtually and the staff that is there doesn’t speak English!!!!! I’ve complained multiple times and they keep saying they’ll take care of it and they do absolutely nothing!!!!! My company will never use this hotel again!!!!! I’d give ZERO stars if I could and I also question the immigration status of all these non English speaking employees!!!!
