An incredible supermarket for all things Asian. The fresh produce is a great experience of variety from near and far. Noodles, rice, seafood, and meats are just some of the traditional foods available

It's a shame so many of the reviews here are based off the expectations of shopping in a Western supermarket. This isn't a Western supermarket. It's a Chinese supermarket, and there are reasonable learning curves if you're used to Western supermarkets. Once you adjust your expectations, you'll find so many interesting and amazing products here. The meats and produce are some of the best around. And that's not even mentioning the fish - the fresh fish market has an enormous selection of very well-priced fish and shellfish (which they can butcher and/or cook in-store for you). And if you want something ready-made, there are plenty of delicious prepared food options. I love this place.

This place is very grand! Lots of room and tons of well stocked items. This has all your Asian groceries needs for sure!! The cashier was nice and friendly. Check this place out when in the Jersey city area.

Never been here before. More of an Asian foods market. It was massive!!! The variety of items was insane. They had fruit and vegetables I had never seen or heard of before, and I've shopped at Whole Foods. So, that says a lot.

Very well stocked for a wide variety of Asian items: fish, produce, candy, sauces, drinks and frozen treats. Happy to have found a place that stocks durian ice cream bars. I wish they would start carrying Lu Dou Bing (see pics - so far I haven't been able to find these outside of China - they're made from mung beans, I think, but they taste like green tea/matcha ice cream)

A must go place for me every weekend. I like the wide selection of Chinese food and fresh veggies there. Also the food court is fantastic.

Truly love the place.... especially their seafood counter. They have lots of fresh shellfish to choose from at very reasonable prices. I typically shop there weekly.

Great store, but why do the shopping carts feel like they spent ten years in a homeless encampment and a season in a demolition derby? If these carts could talk, they'd be begging to be sent to the scrap yard. Put them out of their misery.

I had been researching where I could find all of the ingredients I use for my favorite Korean, Japanese & Chinese recipes, when Nix pointed out 99 Ranch in Jersey City. This place is super packed with all our asian food cooking needs and all the snacks our girls love. Looking forward to trying the food court area on our next visit. The only minor complaint I have is the language barrier with some of the employees, so be prepared with proper names of the products you are looking for or pictures.

They have a wide variety of items including Yakult which I can't seem to find anywhere else in Jersey City. I love the fresh seafood area and the food court area that they have, is very convenient.

If you LOVE an authentic Asian food market, this is THE PLACE! I ended up having to check luggage back through the airport on my way home because I picked up some much stuff when I was there!

My favorite grocery store of all time!! Cannot go a week without coming back. Not only do they have great sales and deals, but they also have an amazing selection of different ethnic foods, although they do prioritize chinese foods. The produce section is simply the best, and you can't find fresher fruits and vegetables anywhere else in Jersey City, and I've visited the farmer's market multiple times! Nothing is on the level of 99 Ranch. Not only that, but their selection of different fruits and vegetables changes with the seasons and they are constantly making sure that the quality is the best!

Not only that, but the meat section has a wide array of finely and freshly cut meats, all of which are on display right in front of you. You can not find fresher seafood than in here. they even have live aquariums and crab which you can pick up on your own, making sure that you know what you're getting.

I also love the food court. The food is authentic and I love stopping by for a quick breakfast! A secret little trick of mine is to come back evening time and they have a huge display of hot bar foods and freshly roasted meat packaged into boxes with insane prices you just can't beat.

The bakery is also a favorite of mine. You simply select your choice of freshly made bread that you can see baking behind the counter and they are so delicious.

My favorite Grocery Store when it comes to Asian food and ingredients, produce, meat and seafood.
Produce are always fresh and have tons of varieties, I just hope they sell more Filipino snacks and Cured meats. Overall GREAT!

Good prices and nice selection, reminds me of an Asian grocery back in my home in CT. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the JC area and are looking for some authentic Asian ingredients, or even just some tasty snacks. One thing I'm so happy they have is Taro ice cream, my favorite!

Such a good variety! This place was way bigger than expected and had exactly what we needed. My wife was extremely impressed with the selections they had for all the ingredients, big and small, as well as snacks and little extras that she kept finding around the store. Would definitely be coming back here for groceries

Great selection of Asian produce, foods and cooking products. Great prices and the place is very clean. They have restaurants inside that serve healthy Asian cooked meals. And the customer service is excellent!!! Two thumbs up.
