Crowne Plaza Princeton - Conference Center, an IHG Hotel

We cycled from New York to Princeton and stayed in Crown Plaza. Nice, spacious and clean room. It’s a nice and quiet hotel with nice ground. Helpful staff made our stay pleasant and comfortable, especial thanks to Jennifer (front desk) and Rose (housekeeping)
We had bikes with us and hotel accommodated us helping to park it safely as we were in town and helped us to get to station when it poured on our way out! Gene drove us to the station. Thank you Jenifer, Rose and Gene.

Incredibly generous and accommodating staff. We had cycled in the area and, without any question, Jennifer and Rose provided secure storage and arranged for their kind driver (Gene) to take us to the station when rain started. Above and beyond what would ever be expected. No just another corporate hotel. Strongly recommended.

I was a little hesitant to stay here, but I'm so glad I did. It was in a very nice location with trails to walk around the hotel. The peacefullness and nature is lovely. As for the hotel, it may be outdated, but it's very large, clean, and pretty. The staff is amazing!!! Everyone there was so very nice especially Jennifer. She is the sweetest!! Jennifer makes you feel like she truly cares about you and your stay. She is so helpful and patient. The only thing I feel to mention is if you are looking at the photos online it appears like you can sit by the lake in Adirondack chairs, you cannot (this area is private). It would be nice if there was more outdoor seating as I like to sit outside, but it didn't take away from my stay.

Just doing my review now from the end of March. Attended an educators convention at this location. It’s kind of confusing when entering the location from off of the highway but once you find it, you’re ok. The hotel staff was great upon arrival. I had sent a message through the app for an early check in, and when I got there I was able to check in early and was thankful for that. I forgot the lady name who worked at the front desk but she was so much help especially in giving me a room where I didn’t have to do much walking because of my current disability, also giving easy access to get around the hotel.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Although the room is updated you can see it’s very accommodating, there were a little things that could have been cleaned a bit more but it wasn’t bad, for this being an overnight stay. I enjoyed the shower and the TV being a smart TV to connect to your streaming services. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge/freezer worked great. I would definitely come back to the hotel. When I went to Dunkin to get some coffee, I didn’t realize it was so many stores in the market up the road, less than 2 miles away. The only thing I didn’t like to much is the parking, although they have a couple of handicapped/disabled parking, it’s still a bit of a walk from the actual hotel entrance.

I don’t know if our staff (NJEA) picked the choices of food for but I didn’t enjoy them that much, but made do with it.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel & staff. Time and time again the staff went above and beyond for me. Jennifer especially was professional, polite, and overall a delight. If I return to the area for work I will more than likely stay at this hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Princeton, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful lobby atmosphere and the warm welcome from the staff at the front desk. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel's facilities and amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, inviting bars and restaurants, and spacious banquet halls. My room was spacious, elegantly appointed, and provided a serene atmosphere that was exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay.

I was surprised to read any negative reviews, as my experience was nothing short of lovely. I will definitely be returning to the Crowne Plaza Princeton in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel experience.

We had an excellent experience with Crowne Plaza for our wedding block, rehearsal space, and rehearsal dinner. We worked with Richard Godfrey, and he was so accommodating and understanding of our needs and concerns. We really appreciate his services. The service staff and front desk staff were very friendly too. We'd recommend Crowne Plaza and Richard for wedding planning needs!

Everything about this hotel was very nice. Great area, great local foods, clean large rooms, great staff. I don't like to part with my hard-earned money but if you do, for only $23 plus tip, you can enjoy their breakfast buffet. They do offer a free coffee, water, and tea bar so that was nice. There is even a nearby helipad for those of you who want to travel like the Roy's. My only complaint would be the extremely small room fridge (I drink a lot of water). That wasn't well thought out. This place was heaven compared to the HIE in Bensalem.

I stayed at this Crown Plaza from Summer 2021 through fall 2022 (15 months total going back and forth from Princeton to my main home in Florida) on a long term business trip with Princeton University. The hotel truly is lovely. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Great staff, my room (for 15 months) was comfortable and cleaned any time I requested. The restaurant and bar were very nice. Location to the University was about 3 miles. Train station 10 min, park and you're in NYC in an hour or so. Highly recommend.

I planned a large group trip for a weekend tennis tournament at Princeton University. Right off the bat we had some issues with our payment method and the front desk staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, which is all I ever really ask for in a hotel. We also realized (while playing some music) that the rooms were almost completely soundproof which is a really nice touch. The bar stayed open late and the staff there were really nice too. The real highlight of this hotel I feel is the grounds though! We enjoyed 2 nights of lovely nighttime walks on the trails around the hotel (which were even decorated for Halloween!) Overall it was a wonderful stay and when we come back next year for the same tournament we hope to return.

Looks like a Soviet prison, but the staff are friendly and the food is excellent. Didn't stay here, just attended a conference. Great for conferences

Our recent stay here was great! The gentleman at the front desk was able to accommodate us with a room that we needed. Room was big and clean. There’s a gym, pool and basketball on premises. Only 10 minutes from Princetons Nassau Street.

A great hotel with great breakfast. All the staff are friendly and nice. The room is clean and I saw many cleaning attendants working hard to keep the hotel clean in the morning.

I've been staying here for the last couple days. The staff is incredibly nice. The whole team of the hotel makes sure you are most comfortable. The room is spacious with a big window showing the beautiful woods. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spotless. I felt very safe staying here during the pandemic, since the place follows instruction carefully, but still I felt I'm in a lovely vacation thanks to the location. surrounded by a lake and trees, In the morning I walked daily in the forest and saw deer running around. The food is excellent and again I must say the staff is hard working and makes sure you feel wonderful.

I have held almost four events here, and the team is extremely accommodating. Please go to the sales department and ask for Heather!!!

I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza several times, and the hotel is very beautiful! The customer service is wonderful, and the hotel rooms are well kept and clean! I highly recommend staying at this hotel as it is close to the cultural attraction, B.A.P.S. Swaminarayan Akshardham, in Robbinsville, New Jersey, which is only 20 minutes away from the Crowne Plaza!!!

We went to a wedding at the Crown Plaza. It was well organized and the food was very good. Perhaps the drinks were of a slightly small measure. However overall a very good event.

I loved staying here. We booked the room for a wedding in Princeton. The restaurant was great! Our room didnt include breakfast but it was a flat fee per person to get breakfast which was great. Those sausages were awesome! Lol. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

The Crowne Plaza is a Diamond in the ruff, when pulling up outside the building looks old ( could use updating outside) but once you enter , everything was clean, staff was amazing and very helpful. The room exceeded my expectations and was very clean. The staff wear their masks and they are behind ( what looks like Plexi glass) you could hear people walk by in the hall by nothing between the rooms, the down pillow and comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. The indoor pool is large and heated . We had room service from the hotel restaurant , let me just say the steak was the best I have ever had. We have found our new getaway.
