CVS

Last night I had to get some medication for my wife. As 2as there around 8pm. A spotted a lady at the front register who kindly escorted me to the back of the store where she found both items for me. This is just one of the reasons that I use CVS!! It's called caring!!💕

I’ve lost my faith in most CVS stores, but one employee here helped me restore faith in humanity. Edna is such an amazing person and is so exceptionally helpful, often going above and beyond to help her customers. The world would be a better place if everyone treated everyone else like Edna treats her customers. Thank you Edna.

I was experiencing extreme pain and discomfort on my neck and chest, to what I believed was a bad case of sunburn. The pharmacist, at the Plainsboro store, was very helpful in providing suggestions of creams to administer to my chest. I also did a follow up and made a appointment with minute clinic there in the Plainsboro store. I was met with friendliness by Kavita, who listened to my concerns and diagnosed me with my condition. She spent a good deal of time with me evaluating and going through not only my vitals but also how to treat my skin condition. She then personally, walked me over to the aisle that had the creams, that would help me. Going to CVS is always a very pleasurable experience for me with the pharmacy department and the same held true With my first experience at minute clinic. Kudos to all who helped me and it’s another reason why I enjoy going to the CVS in Plainsboro saw much.

I've been using this CVS for a couple of years and continue to have good experiences there. The pharmacy staff is helpful and prompt. Even throughout the pandemic, I've found that the store is neat and employees are helpful. The associates at the register have always been kind, patient, and willing to assist me when I need help, especially Damaira. In times when we're used to isolating, it's nice to have friendly faces when running out for the essentials.

If you’re expecting absolute perfection from this pharmacy then you’re out of your mind, and probably a bit selfish and impatient.The pharmacy does what they can to help. Of course mistakes will occur sometimes, but if you work with them they will work with you. They are kind and helpful. They want to assist you to the best of their ability. We’re in a global pandemic for f***s sake, be nice and understanding. Don’t leave a one star review just because you didn’t receive perfect service. This CVS is perfectly fine.

Today, I went to CVS Plansboro town center to pick up some medicine. I’d like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to Josh.Since our medicine was not covered my insurance, he told us there are same brand medicine off counter, which was 5x cheaper than the one our family doctor provided.His advice saved some money for us. Most importantly, he cares customer’s need by using his professional knowledge. I hope other employees to do the same as he does. Thanks again to this great employee in CVS.

Pharmacy is usually fast for me. Staff is friendly too.
I bought a gift card there but it would not get activated. So I went back there, told them about the issue and showed my laptop that the code wasn’t working. Manager Elizabeth contacted the general manager Bob and they issued me a refund.

At CVS I always find a great sale. I love shopping there. The staff is very polite/ professional/ and caring/ they also greet you with a warm hello and they make sure that your shopping experience is above your expectations.🤗

The best part about this store are the pharmacists Samantha and Dimitri. Both are very helpful. Samantha remembers my daughters name whenever she sees her. Both Samantha and Dimitri are pleasant, concerned, and very professional. I have often asked for their consult and they have gone out of their way to help my family.

Hetal is awesome. I went there today. Told the symptoms my 6 year old daughter was having. Hetal came out of the pharmacy area, walked to the digestives aisle and handed me an over the counter medicine and a bottle of Pedialyte. I have not seen this kind of service in any other pharmacy.

I go to this pharmacy a decent amount and with the app I can get my prescriptions quickly. The staff is polite and the store has a good selection of snacks and drinks. Sometimes the wait for the MinuteClinic exceeds an hour but thats expected if theres a high density of customers.

Printed ExtraBucks and Coupons

This post is for CVS as a whole and not just this specific location. I have no complains about this location.

I am surprised to see that customers who have registered for the ExtraCare Card still need to show the physical paper to use the ExtraBucks and other coupons that get generated at the end of a purchase in an extra-long printed paper receipt.

Why can’t the ExtraBucks rewards and the coupons have the option to be added to the ExtraCare Card and be available to be applied to the next transaction until expiry?

I already love the fact that I can use the CVS App in many ways and this can add to those benefits substantially.

The only reason this five-star for this particular store in plainsboro is one thing as my experiences shopping and a drugstore not many helpers are there to help but this particular one a guy named Matthew would be very happy to help you out of what you're looking for and he takes pride in what he does which is a great character in any working environment I would definitely recommend to go to this door and if you need help Matthew is there thank you sir I greatly appreciate it.

Visited today for my Pfizer booster shot given by Dr.Martinez. Absolutely amazing experience !! As I didn't even feel any discomfort at all !! Very pleasant gentleman !!

I just received my first covid vaccine here and I am so impressed by the kindness and efficiency of the staff who are running it. Heather especially get the atmosphere lighthearted. Great work!

CVS pharmacy is my go to place if I need any emergency care . I can’t thank Dmitri enough , once he helped me with processing a coupon for Ciprodex giving me a saving of 200$ , I was very thankful for his support as no matter how much I personally tried to make my coupon work it was failing . This medicine has no generic so it can be very painful if anyone has to pay 270$ for just 7-10 ml small vial.

Vey convenient, the clerks are very polite and helpful! The pharmacy clerks are very attentive and even helped by offering discount sites for my medication.

Pharmacist is very helpful and doesn’t have a bad attitude like the rest in my area.

The store is very well lit very clean easy to find the items you’re looking for stuff is very professional and easy to go to For any issues you may have
