The absolute Best of the Best! Honda of Princeton made my lease transaction so easy. From choosing a vehicle to finance. They handled everything and I was in and out in less than two hours. The customer service was probably the best I've experienced along my car buying journey. My salesman, Dave Jaffe was patient, attentive and transparent. He went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I asked for and made sure I walked away confident in my purchase! Even down to signing the paperwork, Cedric took his time explaining each form and was never pushy as some dealerships can be.

I came in late Wednesday night, test drove a HR-V EXL and was greeted the next morning with a beautiful red bow waiting for me and the keys. They were very personable and kind throughout the process and more importantly, genuine in their approach. Thank you for making this purchase such a stress-free and smooth process!!

Recently had the experience of purchasing a car from Honda of Princeton. I can not speak highly enough about Craig Glover (sales) and Richard Wilhelm (finance). Both gentlemen were extremely professional, friendly and compassionate in all of our interactions. They both helped me get not only a fair deal in purchasing the SUV but assisted me in understanding the “fine print” of what extras I might want or not (given my specific needs). There was no pressure in the process and I left feeling that they were truly grateful to have my business. I would recommend working with them and the dealership.

My experience at Honda of Princeton sales department has been an excellent one! Ever since I traded in my first vehicle with the sales department it’s been easy and smooth sailing. They really take the time to make sure that I was choosing the right car for me and they met my budget. It’s been a few years now, but my sales person Nick was great and I can’t wait to work with him when I’m due for a new one!

First, I don't leave many reviews and skeptic on the ones I read online.

This is by far the best experience I have had with a dealership. I just moved here from California and needed a reliable vehicle ASAP. Andrew was our sales contact from the start, and he is kind, honest, and respected our time. We decided to lease a 2024 Honda HRV for 36 months. The process from online inquiry to signing the final documents was a breeze. We were able to take the vehicle home the same day the documents were signed.

There's another Honda dealership just 5 minutes away from our house but will gladly drive the 30 minutes to Honda of Princeton if we are ever in the market for another vehicle.

Note. I have yet to received service on my vehicle so I can't speak about that side of the business.

My experience at Honda of Princeton has always been great. This is my third car with them and the process was so smooth, I highly recommend going here. Nick Donnoli was extremely professional and helpful and he was very fair. He seems to do whatever he can to make the deal work for you. Both the car director, Joe Bruno and the finance manager, Chris were very respectful and extremely helpful as well. They’re low pressure and don’t force you to make a deal you don’t truly want to make. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with the deal. Overall my experience here has always been great and Nick, Joe and Chris were all so nice and helpful in making my deal today!

Before Honda of Princeton, we went to a couple of Toyota dealerships as our ask was very specific: we wanted to have a 8-seater SUV, preferably hybrid, and since Honda Pilots don't come in hybrids, we went to other places first. Let's just say we weren't happy about the customer services elsewhere.

On the contrary, Julie and her team took a great care of us, patiently answered all our questions and provided the best deal they could offer.

We are a happy leasee of a 2024 Honda Pilot and will highly recommend everyone to visit Honda of Princeton!

I've bought two used cars from here- while the process was long and annoying, I was not feeling well when I bought my second car a year and a half ago and the staff did everything they could to get me out of there as quickly as possible which was super appreciated. Service is always super convenient and easy to schedule, and estimates are very fair (and all diagnostics they have done that I've gotten a second opinion on have been verified). They will go above and beyond to provide options that are affordable, and often have my car out and done far before the estimated return time.

Easy, breezy experience at Honda of Princeton! Uma made everything easy to understand and we felt comfortable throughout our buying experience. She took the time to explain everything step by step and gave a great knowledgeable review of the car’s features. We are very satisfied! Thank you again!

Very smooth process. Best experience I have ever had in a car dealership. Chevelle Thompson was fantastic. She is not pushy and took the time to get me the price I was comfortable paying.
