The UPS Store

I'm going to this UPS store for the last 10 years for notary, Amazon return, printout, etc.. It's one of the best UPS store with respect to customer service. Especially the lady that works there. She supports all the customers with a smiling face, even when she is busy and the store is too crowded. It's one of busiest UPS stores I have ever seen and she manages to juggle it all.

I got quick and immediate service . Anita the store manager was knowledgeable, knows the details where the USCIS package has to be sent, where and how pics need to be taken and she also recommended a cost effective option. Very friendly service.

I went there to take a passport size photo. And i had a small problem with the photo to upload and the team helped a lot after the closing time as well . Really appreciate the team for the help. Thanks alot Bobby and the Manager(lady in the counter) as well……….

Have been going here for years! The people running this store have always been really sweet and efficient. Package sending and returns are a pain, so I actually drive to this store instead of the one closer to where I live because I know it’ll be a seamless and positive experience here.

Customer service here is fantastic! Anytime I’ve been to the store, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Also they don’t close early. If they say they’re open until 7pm, they’re open until 7pm.

I visited this UPS store last time in 2018 to get my last will notarized and at that time i met workers as well as Notary there. You won’t believe that when I went today after 5+ years of gap, the Notary lady there was still able to recognize me and greeted me with the same warmth and smile as we have just met yesterday. I was very happy and felt at home while talking to her today. She went above and beyond to help me print right sized colored printout of OCI application even after failed 3 attempts( 1st page if printed does not fit well by default on A4 sized paper). She also notarized my application and helped me in laminating one of precious document which was otherwise in very bad shape. She did not charge me anything extra and helped me in every possible ways she can. I will recommend this UPS store to everyone as i found both Notary as well as owner very helpful, understanding, willing to help and friendly too. Many thanks to Notary and owner!!!

I faced a issue with the passport size photo taken at store but the owner and store manager they are very responsive and helped me after the close time

I have always had a great experience at this store. Sending packages, passport photos, and for notarizing documents.

This place is amazing! have the best customer service. They've helped me out multiple times. One time I lost a tracking number but knew the date and time when I had shipped it and they were able to recover it. Another time I had an Amazon return that Amazon didn't want to cover the packaging costs for and they sold me the materials and packaged it for me at a significantly reduced cost to them. I’m repeat customer and prefer going to this store for they out of the way service.

This store went above and beyond!!! I won an auction item Bobby went to pick up and sent it to me very fast!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

This is a great customer service/ customer satisfaction UPS store. The woman, who welcomes you with a smile and is eager to help, is very knowledgeable. She is a great example of Service with a Smile. It is a pleasure to visit the store. It is tidy, organized and clean. The owner Is very friendly and gracious. I highly recommend this UPS store. The store is a great compliment to our Plainsboro Plaza.

I met three staff there so far. They are attentive and efficient every time especially the lady. She really wants to help. Not sure why the bad reviews? I have notarized my paperwork here ($2.5 for each set of stamp and signature) and they notarize papers in foreign languages without requiring translated versions. For mailing services I have only dropped off packages so far so I couldn't tell about other aspects.

The manager of this UPS store and the lady who works with him, are two of the nicest, most helpful, and professional people ever. I've gone in there several times when the store is very busy and crowded and they both still find time to greet me and smile. I've never had a long wait because they work fast to help everyone. Once I was picking up several packages and the manager without me even asking, brought them all out to my car. I hardly use the post office anymore. Great experience every time at this UPS store!

I have visited this UPS store a month before to complete i9 verification process. I should really appreciate their service.

A couple of days after completing the process, i realized i have missed few more steps, and i need to repeat the process again. The lady at the store is very sincere, she valued customer satisfaction and she helped me to complete the process successfully.

I went here a year ago for notary service and got it for a very reasonable price. Yesterday I went for parcel service. The service was amazing and fast. Definitely recommend it and Anita in particular was very kind and helpful.

Absolutely the Best packing service I have ever received. I had the store pack and ship an extremely fragile and expensive item , I was quite concerned, but they assured me that it would be packed very safe. Sure enough, it arrived in perfect condition and packed extremely well. Kudos to them for the extra care.

Great Service!! One of the Best Place for Packaging & Shipping. I am their customer and have a mailbox with them. I read some negative reviews, but my experience with them has been great every time. Little bit on the higher side, but as a value, Great Value. As they say, "You Get What You Pay For". Also, very dependable.

The staff is the best. Great customer service and attention to detail for all my international shipments (work related). They go out of their way to provide additional information as and when required. They have a notary too inhouse.
