Todd Baumann is an absolute great guy.
He treats his clients as an extension of family.
He is always open to conversations or concerns you may have. We entrusted him with not only our car insurance he also gave us great rates for homeowners insurance. I recommend his company and his expertise highly.

Todd Baumann and his entire office get 5 stars. I have never experienced this level of customer service before from an Insurance company. I have multiple policies which include Auto, Home, Life, and Marine. Every time I call with a question or concern they are right there to assist with my every need. Todd Baumann and staff go above and beyond for their clients. Professional and courteous and they really know what they sell. The staff have been great helping us navigate the sometimes confusing insurance policies. They have also helped us through the claims process.

After a full month of interviewing other insurance companies, Todd Baumann and his Allstate crew came to the rescue. Lower rates, better coverage and a group of people who seem to care about me. I moved my two homes, two cars and bought some extra liability insurance with the Baumann team and saved a bundle in the process. But most of all, I feel that my insurance agent and his team actually cares about me. It's been a year now and they are still there for me whenever I have a question or concern.

Recently, I had an issue with my clients auto insurance, who works with Todd's Agency. As we are in the midst of a hectic time, Todd was able to help and resolve our issue without hesitation. Thank you for your time, we look forward to working with Todd.

Had boat insurance for years with this group paid in full never had a claim. I moved to another town paid my premiums for the that year. Long story short I recieved I cancellation policy stating I never paid . I called up spoke to a young gentleman named Tyler he told me he would change address and fix my policy that it was a late fee . I said ok months go by recieved another letter final cancellation called again spoke with noel she laughed when I told her the story and when I mentioned tyler would fix. They canceled my policy back in June I had no idea using my boat uncovered would not reinstate my policy unless paid late fee tyler supposedly took care of . Long story short over 50 dollars they lost a great customer and sent it too collections unbelievable what a shameful group. Wouldn't reccomend if you expect insurance group to help and make sure your covered.

I do not work with people who says "I am doing fraud with my Wife". I would not recommend Todd for your insurance needs.

Awful experience dealing with office. Todd is completely unprofessional, not helpful and would never recommend anyone to his office.
