Found perfect gift at Bloomingdale's after having been unsuccessful at other jewerly and department stores. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff added pleasure to the experience.

I had a bunch of incorrect sizes of blazers delivered and had to come in to get help with the sizes exchanged. The staff Lakeisha at the counter was extremely patient and helped me out advise the best way I could get my size although they didn’t have my size in store. Given the holiday season rush I totally appreciated the focus and dedication of Lakiesha at the b-helpful counter.

Excellent shopping experience offered. There were lots of clothes on discount though I didn't end up buying any right before X'Mas. Luxury goods with a UK flavor is unique in this store:brands like Ted Baker and others, part of the bridge water mall experience.

Maurice in the men’s department is one of the most skilled retail workers I have ever met. Knowledgeable, friendly, and was SO good at helping multiple people at once while still making everyone feel like they were getting enough attention. Truly impressive.

Carol, in the apparel department went above and beyond to make sure I tried on a bra that would be the best fit for me. After losing weight I have an issue and needed some extra attention. I was so thrilled to walk out of there today with a new bra and all the info I need if I would like to order more. Carol was professional, kind, super helpful and a great example of an outstanding employee.

After Christmas/holiday sales are still in effect on some very beautiful and chic clothing. All sizes may not be available but be a savvy shopper and you can do well. Sales associates are personable and helpful.

Nothing rude STAFF THEY have the worst MAC cosmetics staff and ALSO they close at 8 .
Their WHOLE staff terrific

I love Bloomingdale's. The people are great and the purchasing experience is fun and professional.
The clothes are high quality and a great selection of gowns hard to find elsewhere.

I've never been to this store and don't have to. I ordered something from bloomingdales online only to have the order canceled twice for unbeknownst reasons to me and bloomindales customer service. I called after the cancelations and was treated rudely. I used the chat box on bloomingdales.com after the cancelations and was treated rudely and chat disconnected. This was my first purchase EVER at bloomingdales. I was having a bad experience but was stubborn and decided to keep contacting agents through the chat box. That's when I happened upon a store associate through chat by the name of Kinga.M. through the fragrance department chat. I'm so glad we met. What a lovely human being that knows how to make a sale and knows how to treat customers, AND PEOPLE, well. I was considering never purchasing again at bloomingdales at all but Kinga M. Has saved your business and a customer. Great Human, Great associate. An angel sent from God. I've already contacted Kinga's manager because I was so impressed with their service. Not only does Kinga look good being polite and helpful etc etc but Kinga Makes the store and ALL of bloomingdales look tremendously better. Kinga Easily deserves a raise and promotion! I will be contacting the stores manager in the future. You made a great selection having Kinga on Board

Only Valentine's Day we met Susan and she was funny, kind, and helpful. She almost felt like an old friend! Beautiful jewelry and nice people. It's a safe place to shop.

Bloomingdales truly has the ability to be a great place to spend your time and money. The people that work there have the ability to be very personable. I purchased a men’s item today and the sale lady was really helpful (maybe because i purchased a high priced item) i was still great full and pleased. Gave discount on her own there was no wait i have to call for approval.

I had placed an order online and it was only available for pickup. Being that I dont live nearby, i reached out to the store directly to see if they would ship it to my house. A floor supervisor named Anne Ryan took my call and went above and beyond. She promised to look into it, take care of it and called back every time she said she would. We received the product two days later with free shipping .

Beautiful store to shop in. Nice layout. Always friendly staff. I wish they had housewares but store is not huge and probably can't fit it. Love going there!
