I have worked with The Rice Agency for many years and not only have they saved me money but they have ensured I had the appropriate level of insurance as my family and business grew. Diane has been a pleasure to work with and really has gone above and beyond to help find me the best policies and answer my questions and concerns in this ever changing environment. Recently, they were able to answer my questions and supply me with a cyber insurance policy to help protect my business's computer systems.

This agency has taken care of our family and a number of my friends for years! The Rice Agency has saved us so much money by helping us make the right choices for our budget while still making sure we have the proper coverages. Insurance choices can be so overwhelming- thank you Mr. Rice! Forgive me -I don't remember the name of the associate who works upstairs, possibly Donna (?), but please thank her.

If your looking for a place that never answers the phone when you have questions this is the right place. What is the point of using an insurance agency instead of buying direct if they don’t offer any real value. I have had three separate incidences where I needed to call for guidance and all three times no one answers the phone.
