He explained the online court process a couple of days before the court appearance and on the day of the court stayed in contact since the proceedings were all online. I was nervous considering the severity of the ticket and possibility of a license suspension, but Sean portrayed calm competence throughout and that eased my nerves a lot. And when he came out of the discussion with the prosecutor with the plea deal that dropped my charges to a comparatively much smaller infraction and more importantly with no license suspension, he basically made my year.
