Verona Restaurant

We came here on a strong recommendation from a family member. We were truly impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The menu offered many delicious classic Italian dishes, along with some elevated interpretations of the classics. We will absolutely return to try other items that this great restaurant has to offer! Do yourself a favor and eat here soon, and try the roasted pear salad.

We had our daughter’s baptism here last month and we were very happy how everything turned out. I would highly recommend! Excellent food and service, nice atmosphere and great to work with for party planning.

Nice find. Very nice meal - all 6 of us enjoyed our food. Service was spot on and the bring your own option is always a plus. Saturday night and the place was packed. We'll be back.

It's always a fun spot for going out with my parents. Located between our homes on the Morristown and a Randolph boarder. Highly recommend getting any of the specials.

This was a wonderful dinner. We were warmly greeted by the maitre d. (5:45pm). BYOB.. Wine opened, bread served, very attentive staff. Specials were offered and time (no rush) to browse the menu. My wife had the house salad and I started with the pasta soup. Both tasted delicious.
We then tried the veal sorrintino and the linguini with shrimp. Outstanding.
The fresh bread was used to finish the gravy. Tiramisu and expresso.
Can't wait to go back. You have got to tey this place.

My daughter had her baby shower there and it was wonderful the food was amazing and the staff were great! The best experience ever!

It was very good. Also very expensive. I think my husband and I were the youngest there by 20 years. BYOB. I was very tight quarters but it was also Valentine's Day. The food was amazing as well as the desert. The waiter was ok but the second guy always made sure our water was filled and our table was cleared. Would only go again for VERY special occasions.

Verona is the best. Consistently great food and service. Verona has never disappointed us.

A great first visit, will definitely be back. Beet and goat cheese salad was perfect. The Fusilli Calabrese was excellent. Service was very attentive and well paced. We did not feel rushed during our 6pm reservation. BYOB.
Many visits later and this is still the best Italian food within an hours drive. Food is always good with great selection. Pasta is always perfect. Finally enjoyed the bread pudding. Coffee, espresso hot. Service is consistently exceptional.

Verona is excellent and one of my favorite restaurants!!! We have been going to this restaurant for about 10 years, and we are never disappointed. The food is delicious, and the service is amazing! We get the mussels and the eggplant rollatini to start. Their fish is always fresh and when I was there the other night, I had halibut and it was the best I've ever had!!! Tiramisu for dessert and a cappuccino are a must! It's a BYOB, which is nice!

Excellent food and very friendly and welcoming staff. Drove past this place a bunch of times and finally stopped to check it out. Glad I did. Don't be like me and continue to drive past. Stop in for a great Italian meal.

Was pleasantly surprised last night. Wanted to try something different but reasonable in the upscale Italian category that was close to home.

From the first bite to the last this far exceeded expectations. The ciabatta and olive oil was excellent. The quality of the olive oil they put on the table was immediately noted as a good sign.

We shared an eggplant rollatini appetizer and they brought it out already split and beautifully presented. It was the best we have had in a very long time and look forward to having again. The appetizer portion is a great lunch main size (2 big rollatini).

We also had Chicken Verona (eggplant , roasted pepper and goat cheese) with veggies and mashed potatoes and Chicken Parm with linguine. They were both good sized portions and absolutely delicious.

Service was excellent and prices were extremely reasonable 24-25 per entrees and it was 12-13 for the appetizer. Definitely plan to go back and if the expected consistency is there given a packed house on a Thursday night, it will be a staple for a nice Italian meal.

Dine in or out… the atmosphere is beautiful. You will enjoy Verona’s menu - there is something for everyone. My husband and cousin enjoyed the veal, I splurged on fettuccine bolognese and my cousin’s wife, who is a vegetarian enjoyed a plate of spinach fettuccine with a non-meat sauce. I love to cook but I can’t cook like the chef at Verona!!

Food was delicious! Service was great as well. Go early on weekends it gets crowded.

Always great tasting food, never had a bad meal. Varied menu with added daily specials, something for everyone. Very attentive service in a cozy and warm environment. Good place for a romantic meal. For a BYOB, even their prices are very reasonable. Their prix fixe menu is a bargain. Overall, an excellent place for a delicious and satisfying meal at a fair price.
Can never go wrong with Verona. Great to have such an excellent restaurant so close to home. Don't forget to bring a nice bottle of wine with you since it's a BYOB.
