The Vita Centre

I have been a client of Dr. Kristine Griffith of The Vita Center for the past few months. Dr. Kristine has been working with me on a neck and shoulder issue. I am glad to report that I am now pain free in this area. I have found the doctor to be professional, very knowledgeable and committed to her client's health. Her recommendations re exercise and nutrition have been very helpful. Five stars!

The Vita Centre is a amazing place. Kristen is very knowledgeable in recommending the vitamins, supplements or both depending on your needs. She listens to her customers/clients not just with her ears, but also with her heart. Come out to Vita Centre, I recommend it. This is what New Jersey needs. Lets get healthy.

I have been in the fitness/wellness industry for more than 35 years as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist among other things. I have experienced many many various types of body work and other therapies in that time, most good to very good. I have to say at this time that after enjoying the therapy sessions form Dr. Christine of the Vita Center I can say it has been one of the best series of therapy sessions I have ever had. What a great gem to have found Dr. Kristine in Morristown! She is so easy to speak with while so knowledge. She addressed all my questions and followed up with useful information. I am thrilled to have her supporting my health journey for me and my family.
