Sysco Metro - Truck Enter / Exit

Don’t believe what you read they are so nice very quick. I took 30 minute unloading and I came. I checked in before my appointment time to hour so just come before two hour or less they has parking and you get.

Great friendly staff. Was in and out within two hours. The only thing I wish they had was which door was receiving.

For being where it is, it's easy to get around in and the people were great

2 hours to unload. Plenty of street parking

My experience is not that bad, I spent about 2 hours there unloading half of the trailer which is a little bit long, but not critical.

The gate opens for receiving at 5:30 AM. They will not let you in before fine parking on the street. Other than that it's easy to get around and average unload time for Capstone.

Truckers, don't approach via exit Liberty Science Centre/Light Rail; illegal truck access through there. Instead get off at Bayview. Truck entrance in the back via Thomas McGovern Drive. Check in at Door 70.

Had an 8am apt. Got here at 0750. Got a door pretty quickly. Make sure you have a possible lumper fee ready to pay. Was out by 0930. Checking out took longer than getting unloaded.

Parking for trucks it’s OK I’m looking to many people park in small cars week to week it’s not right in parking lot

Got there an hour early for my 10am appointmen. Checked in with guard she was cool then got to the driver check in window. The lady was nice the guy was a bit short fused but he wasn’t rude to me. Got a door around 11am took a while to get unloaded. I took a nap got up to a driver knocking and telling me I should go check on my paperwork because I didn’t get a call or text that my bol was ready but they left it where I could get it so. Ehh whatever I guess but if u have multiple stops I wouldn’t want to come here first atleast. Maybe if it’s your last stop but if you at a door 🚪 getting unloaded when they stop or u get a green light go and check and see if your paperwork is ready because they 9/10 might not call or text u.

This company has one person checking in an out when their is two windows they like keeping an line

Go to door 70 and walk inside check in they will give you instructions to follow from there please note you will be standing for a hot second cause these people do not care about your time.

Horrible! Always 3-4 hours if you’re lucky waiting to get unloaded!

8am appt, done at 1pm. Didn't tell me until 2pm waste of time. I won't be coming back

Worst place to deliver, I only had 1 pallet to drop off and took them 4 hours to off load. It’s just ridiculous that they use our trailer to down stack when they can use the dock floor
