Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

First time here. I had the lemon boneless wings. SO delicious!
The woman who took my order was very friendly and efficient in getting the food out.
So good I bought an extra order for my husband to go!

Appearance as well as how clean a store may be is a big factor that I take into account when I eat at a store. Upon walking into the store, I instantly observed that the store was very well sanitized and well taken care of. The employees were also very polite and lively which overall made my experience better. The highlight of the store, however, had to be their food. I ordered wings with a sub and both orders were made to perfection. The appearance, smell, and taste of my order was unmatched. I would definitely recommend

Ordered 50 wings and some mozzarella sticks with ease day before I wanted them. Ready for pickup on time and the guys at work I bought them for enjoyed them very much. First time patron and will be back!

I was very happy to find out charleys had a location outside the mall, and was even more happy to realize that they sold wings. The food came out quickly and was really great. I even got the strawberry lemonade and had to buy it again after i finished because it was just that good. Without a doubt, I’m gonna be coming back!

The entrance is phenomenal, welcoming staff and super patient when it comes to a patient and taking orders. Super quick wait time making sure customers received their food in no time! Will be coming here more often with family and friends especially for those new wings.

I eat here often and never had a problem employees are always great one manager there seems cool the other older one seems like he hates his entire crew

I usually don’t write reviews but this 100% deserved it! The cheesesteak was hot, delicious, and BIG! The combo of fries and their lemonade (best lemonade hands down) was exactly what I needed during my lunch break. The staff was also very polite and informative about the menu. They were incredibly clean and everyone wore masks and social distanced! This was my first time coming to Charlie’s in Hadley Center, and I plan to come ALOT more! Keep it up guys!

We ordered our food to go. It was hot and delicious. Everything tasted great from the strawberry lemonade, chicken Philly cheese steak , the bacon and cheddar fries and the teriyaki boneless wings. Stop by and give it a try.

Had it before they only had provolone cheese. Hated it. Now they atleast have cheese wiz. One of the best cheesesteak I had in a very long time it's better then Jersey Mike's by far. Get the old school cheesesteak.

The staff is kind and respectful. Food came out great. I constantly visit this location with my family. Would recommend 10/10.
