I had a good experience with Caliber Collision and the person that took care of me Morayma Santiago was very knowledgeable and called me to let me know how was the car repair process going.

Took my vehicle in and the experience was great. They communicated with me to keep me up to date, and most importantly the work they did was beyond my expectations.

Got some insurance work done in addition to replacing my bumper (outside of insurance) and the experience was great. They communicated with me to keep me up to date, and most importantly the work they did was beyond my expectations.

Kennedy was my adjuster. She went above and beyond and I am grateful for her suburb customer service. The work done on my car was done in a quick and timely manner. Outstanding service and quality work! The team was excellent at keeping me updated on the progress of my repair and I was able to drop my rental car at the body shop when I picked up my vehicle. Highly recommended!

These folks I can trust to get behind me. Juan Perez is the man! Going home after work and got myself a flat tire, so I pulled into the nearest exit I could find. Luckily, I pulled into Caliber Collision. I talked with Juan about my situation and he gladly helped me (on a broken leg). We got the spare tire on my vehicle and I asked him if I could pay him for his troubles. He told me it was a kind offering and I am grateful for his generosity. I am going to pay it forward to someone else with kindness. I'm glad Caliber Collision has some good people doing great work! I will be doing my future auto work with these guys from now on, since its on my commute to work.

Wow! Amazing repair job! Abra kept in contact with me consistently letting me know when it would be done. Gave me a 10 day estimate and was done a week early. I don’t know why they have such horrible reviews from other people but they were amazing with me.

They got right to work, friendly staff, excellent service and very clean office. I am so pleased with everything. I was amazed at how they kept me posted on every step of the repair. My car looks fabulous!!! They really make car repairs pleasant and convenient!

Caliber Collision was the place that was recommended by the insurance company of the person that hit my brand new car from behind. We chose the Clearfield location. They did a wonderful job! They keep me posted throughout the process, and Skylah, the Service Advisor, was always available to answer my questions. She went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them.
