Neil and his team have been very helpful in helping with an important issue, and I must say him and his team were very helpful in the clutch and went above and beyond to help resolve a issue I was having with an insurance issue (which I have to say was not on them it was the insurance company themselves). Finding people who are willing to do things like this nowadays seems to be a rare commodity and so few and far between. I feel whenever I do come across people who still have that level of customer support/service I have to applaud them.

This is a great office! Neil and his staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He makes sure you're given the attention you deserve, and tells it like it is. I had some issues come up recently with my auto insurance that required prompt handling and I could not have been more impressed with his responsiveness and his willingness to help. The people up front are also very welcoming and eager to assist you the moment you walk in. If you're looking for a new agent, Neil Campbell is your guy.
