Maggie is fantastic. She is thorough and fast! I would recommend her for anyone but especially people who have dental anxiety. Her knowledge about teeth and mellow temperament put me at ease every time. My teeth feel amazing when i get home. Her calm makes me calm. Maggie makes what was always an unpleasant experience for me a good time. She is a special person!

Thursday March 14, 2024 a family member had an emergency in their life and needed to be seen, within 24 Hours. This dental group jumped through every hoop to make sure it was done. As a family.. we are so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to us. It will not be forgotten. This dental practice is also excellently skilled. My family had been affiliated with them for about 20 years. They do good work and are really thorough!😀

I highly recommend this dental group! I've been a patient here for at least 30 years. Both my wife and I (and my parents) have received exceptional dental care from our dentist Dr. Pedersen (and Dr. Zugner when Dr. P is out), as well as (retired) practice founders Dr. Levitt and Dr. Suter. This has included crowns and fillings, and special mouth guards for my wife, and various partial plates for my father. Our dental hygienist Maggie does an excellent job with cleanings, and is also super nice. I've sent friends with various dental issues here over the years. They always thank me and have gotten great care.

Diane did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, as usual! She was timely, efficient and very friendly! I have been a patient at this practice for at least 30 years and never been dissatisfied. I’ve highly recommended to family and friends and received all positive feedback.

The office staff are prompt and friendly, I reached out as a new patient and was able to quickly and conveniently get a cleaning scheduled. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time and was a little anxious for my appointment.. Diane was absolutely amazing. She was kind, personable, gentle and understanding. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Zugner was great too, very nice and professional. Definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care.

Best place for dental HANDS DOWN!! Both dentists are wonderful. The hygienists are also amazing but I especially love Stacy!! She is very thorough, doesn’t cause any pain, and cares greatly for her patients (in every way- not just with regard to dental care). I very highly recommend Zugner and Pedersen Dental Group.

This is an outstanding Dental Practice! My wife and I became patients approximately 24 months ago.
We made the difficult decision to leave our previous provider and join the Zugner & Pedersen practice in 2021 We have no regrets at all with this decision. We were welcomed warmly and openly.
The office staff had been great to work with the are friendly, congenital, efficient and happy to answer any and all questions. Insurance claims and billing have been handled in quick and timely fashion.
The Dental Hygienist are personable and extremely professional in patient care, cleanings and making sure all is good with our dental hygiene. I am extremely impressed with my Hygienist Sherie who at each visit has consistently exceed my expectations of of both patient care and professionalism.
Both of the Dentists are excellent! My wife is a patient of Dr. Zugner and I am a Patient of Dr Pedersen. We both have had significant dental work done over the last 18 months with great results. The work was dental work was with done the utmost of patient care in mind. We have been delighted with the corrective measures that we had performed. Both Dr. Zugner and Dr. Pedersen are outstanding professionals in their field.

I’ve been going to this practice since I moved to Webster many years ago. I’ve had a couple different hygienist over the years. My current hygienist Stacey is only in a couple times a month and I wait to be able to schedule with her. She does a great job, knowledgeable and has a great personality! Dr. Zugner is very detailed and takes his work seriously with a great sense of humor. I feel well taken care of at all times and highly recommend this practice!

Maggie was amazing like alway! Very friendly as well as careful and thorough with dental cleanings. She also helped advocate for sealants to prevent cavities because I would rather prevent than treat. She makes the dentist very stress free!

I’ve been going to Zugner and Peterson for whole life and they make going to the dentist a wonderful experience! Everyone is always so friendly. Also if you have the pleasure of having Maggie as your hygienist consider yourself lucky! She’s awesome!

I haven’t been to the dentist in about 4 years due to COVID and insurance issues. Just had an appointment today and couldn’t be happier. Rebecca was a wonderful hygienist and was really gentle considering how much work needed to be done. Dr. Pedersen was really nice as well! Neither made me feel judged for taking so long to get a cleaning. Happy I chose them for my new dentist!!

I’ve been going to this practice since I was a child. The staff has changed over the years but the quality of care has always been excellent. Specifically, I have been seeing Sheri for cleanings for over 20 years. She does an excellent job and makes the experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend this practice.

I needed some immediate care and Dr Zugner stepped up right away and took care of me even though I was a new patient. I was able to feel very confident and comfortable in no time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My issue was resolved in a very short time even though it was very complicated. I reluctantly needed to leave a practice that I had been with for many years and was hesitant to make a change. I am now sure I will have the same great care I am accustomed to.

I have been going to this dental group for years and love it! The entire team is excellent. I recently started seeing Maggie as my hygienist and she is great. Very personable and takes her time.

Maggie was my hygienist and was incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable and relaxed at the same time. It is a great environment and I have been going here basically my whole life! Definitely would recommend.

Once again came for semi annual check up and all was “top drawer” from walking through the door, to the check up and leaving. The staff is very friendly and professional. Would recommend Z&P to everyone

This is hands down the best dental practice I have ever been to! The entire staff is so friendly, and the hygienists Allison and Maggie are so sweet and gentle while doing my cleanings! They’re very thorough but gentle and just a pleasure to talk with! Both Dr. Zugner and Dr. Pedersen are super nice and make me feel extremely comfortable! I can’t recommend this place enough!! :)

Have been going here since my first dental exam- Dr Sutter was my childhood dentist, Dr Zugner handled my wisdom teeth, Dr Pedersen has been the calming master for both of my crowns. Girls at the front desk are thorough, helpful and friendly.

I felt very welcomed from the first contact by phone with Judy. Everything was explained to me and I was asked repeatedly if I had any questions. Rebekah did a through exam and cleaning, but was very gentle during the entire process. And what a nice surprise, a few days after my fist visit, I received a welcome card with personal notes from Dr. Zugner and Rebekah. Customer service at its very best.

I had Maggie as a dental hygienist and she was phenomenal. Super friendly and made the appointment go by really quickly. Would highly recommend.
