the people you have there are doing a great job to bad the manager left because you couldnt get her any help because some people dont want to work .. dont kill the store

So im door dashing before my stream. and i got to 711 and the blonde hair kid with blood shot eyes. didnt want to serve me food and walked away from the door dash contract. the other employee did help me out but i did have to contact door dash amd have then penalize the location because of him. im so srry. idk what his problem is or why his eyes so blood shot. either way. im not even a customer and tht was terrible experience....

I would like to start by saying that this store has unlimited potential. It is currently being operated by The Anabi Group, who franchise and operate a large number of 7-Eleven locations. Unfortunately they have not been successful in improving or even continuing the level of success and consistency the store had maintained for many many years.
As a long time customer this is sad to see, I live in the area and it is convenient place for me to stop. However, it has gone consistently (for the most part) downhill since it was acquired by this franchisee/ownership group. I do understand that customer service in general is in great decline as of late but there is something I have witnessed that tells me that the problems at the store go beyond its direct employees. In the last 2 years there have been, at least, five different store managers brought in to take over the store, with the previous store managers leaving for reasons ranging from quitting to being transferred to being fired. To me this is a clear indication that the main problem is not on a store level, especially because of the wide range of reasons for store managers leaving.
It is just unfortunate as you could not have a more prime location for a Gas Station/Convenience Store, along with having witnessed what the store has been in the past vs. what it is now it is sad to see it decline.

Location 7-eleven north avenue Webster NY. I had the women attendant at approximately 11:00am on 8/12/2023 check my lotto tickets I heard the machine make a winning sound twice. The women insisted that I only one one scratch off. When we all heard the machine make the winning sound twice. I’m already to sue because she wouldn’t give the the “loosing tickets back” the same women did this last week also she checked a ticket said it lost. I realized when I got home the power all wasn’t even drawn yet so luckily I go back within 5 minutes and the other staff gave me my tickets from the trash.

For the 7 Eleven on North Ave, Webster NY: Could the advertisements BLARING from your pumps be any more annoying? Why do you insist on assaulting your customers?! I'll gas up elsewhere.

I am 23 years old. I had my high school aged *autistic* younger sibling with me and stopped in this gas station to get snacks for him & a few trulys for myself before bringing him back home. They would not sell to me because my sibling, who I could not leave alone in the car, could not provide ID. I understand that you can’t sell to people without everyone showing ID, but this is a CHILD. A disabled one at that. I tried to explain but the staff very rudely said to drop him off and come back without him. I live right around the corner and frequent this location very often. It was an inconvenience that I could not make my purchase because I had a young disabled child with me. If a mom was buying drinks with a toddler holding her hand, I’m sure it wouldn’t be denied. I went somewhere else that knew a disabled child would not be drinking the alcohol that I purchased

Absolutely lazy employees, Doordash driver, the employe refused to fill the order claiming the system was down, yet I had the order they can fill and submit for refund from Doordash directly. Messing with people's money isn't funny dude.

Wow, I have never had such terrible customer service, totally unprofessional and just down right rude ! Please do yourself a favor and don’t bother going into this gas station! Also this 7-11 is completely filthy and the employees stand right next to the door smoking, blowing the smoke into peoples faces as they enter and exit the gas station. Would love to be contacted by the lender of this 7-11!

This place had decent food and staff for 20 years. Then 7-11 bought it. Now the staff is all crackheads and the food is inedible. Now the official worst gas station in Webster. The only worse gas station in town is FastTrac in Ontario.

I’ve been drinking big gulps for 20 years. 1st time ever I was not given the refill price when I said it was a refill. 1st time ever, he told me I need to show him the cup when I come in. I guess drinking out of it when I said hello wasn’t enough. This was 12:30 ish on 10/2/2022

You call on phone and just rings and rings and hangs up!
Now guy says computer down! Locked doors! U can't figure out how to operate without computer? Or just plain don't care????
