I moved to the area 4 years ago and have had such bad luck finding a new hair stylist. A coworker had a very nice haircut and I asked her where she got it and found Ryli! I was long overdue for a cut because I had a few very uneven cuts and had kind of given up, and Ryli did SUCH a great job! I needed about 5” cut off and a lot of shaping because I have thick hair, and I absolutely love the cut. I’m excited to have found someone locally that I can trust!

If you are looking for a high quality cut, go here. I had my six year old son and 50 year old husband get a cut here, and I walked out feeling like the luckiest lady alive with two handsome men holding my hands walking out! The barbers here are not only skilled in their craft, but so personable!

Heard of Joes Upscale from my brother-in-law and went there as it was closer to home than my previous barber. First experience there was awesome. Barber was great, and the environment was incredibly friendly and energetic. Would 100% recommend if looking for a barber in the Webster area... And of course, extremely happy with the haircut!

I took my 12 year old son here recently for a haircut prior to getting some sibling photos taken. Joey Monroe was absolutely amazing with him. He took his time to understand what my son wanted and told him how he would have to style it every day. He talked to him about soccer and sports and the other stylists talked to him about his favorite football team. They made my son feel so comfortable! When we left the appointment, my son said "mom, this is the only haircut that I have actually loved"! We will definitely be back.

Drove all the way from South Carolina to get my haircut from Joey Monroe. You just can't find this quality of conversation or cut anywhere else. Joey makes great music on the side too that I highly recommend.

We absolutely love Joe! He does an amazing job on my husband and sons hair. They come home looking amazing!!! The one time I booked too late (week before school starting) and had to book with Brian.... still great! It's comforting knowing you can trust any barber there if you don't get your first choice. Highly, highly recommend.

My son loves the atmosphere and the haircuts he has received here. Every barber here is welcoming and friendly and they have always been great about fitting him in for a haircut, when we called that day. Even if you have to wait, it is well worth it, as every Barber here is very skilled.

Son has been going there for a while. Last visit he left unsure if he like the cut, I called the owner, he brought us right back down and my son left happy. They really care and take their time. Always entertaining while there. Good conversation.

Update: Taylor is still the friendliest and most professional stylist we have ever known.

Taylor in the beauty loft upstairs does a great job, she's timely and very friendly. My family prefers her to other more nearby salons.

Great barber shop that I went to from early 2016 until just recently. All the barbers are friendly and professional, but you WILL need an appointment ahead of time if you're looking to get in and out quickly. This is a busy place. Unfortunately I stopped going due to their pricing, but if you're looking for a good barber, I highly recommend Sal. Just make an appointment online or call the shop and they will take care of you!

Can’t rave enough about this place! Christina was awesome with my 2 y/o child and was very patient and understanding, this being his first professional cut at a barber shop. Gave a great cut! My lil man looks handsome as ever. The owner also personally came over to meet us. Will def be using this place from now on, highly recommended!

Hands down at the Beauty Loft, Ryli is first and only stylist that has given me the perfect hair cut and style. I had LOOONG hair and I am always nervous when cutting it down to shoulder length. I am not kidding when I say I walked out of there feeling absolutely confident and beautiful. I showed her the style I wanted, and asked for some flair and volume. OMG did she delivered. My husband was speechless with how good it looked because the medium length is always a miss. Ryli definitely has amazing skills and she's definitely going to be my exclusive stylist. She is so friendly and gives off such calm and cool vibes, it makes for a great visit. The salon is in itself modern, clean and just fun to be in. I'm not surprise she books up so quickly. Ladies, I highly recommend her at the Beauty Loft for women's cut and style.

I went there tonight after I haven't been there in quite a while since I moved a distance away. My normal barbers were booked so I was set an appointment with Grace. Due to Joe's solid reputation I knew it didn't matter who cut my hair it was going to come out amazing.

Great state of phenomenal job I truly miss not having my haircut every week by Joe's shop.

I have been a client of Joes for over 6 years and each time the experience is enjoyable. Joe and the crew make you feel welcome and provide a thoughtful and innovative approach to each haircut. There is never a bad time to come to Joes. I recommend this shop every chance I get as the experience and commitment to excellence is second to none. From a former super cuts guy - I will never consider another home for my hair other than joes!

I thoroughly enjoy this establishment and the people there. My haircuts come out phenomenal and so does my confidence when I walk out the door.
