Every time I use the post office on Washington Ave, the staff are always very pleasant and honest with what additional services I should purchase (ex: insurance with tracking, expedite passport info, etc) when shipping a package or applying for a passport. And If there is a long line, it seems to move pretty smoothly. This is the only location I l prefer doing business with.

Staff is kind, helpful, and apologetic if their is a line.

I had a really large package that I couldn't lift. The employee helped me with it and I thought that was so nice! Thank you!

These guys are saints. Be nice to your mail people. They are kind, friendly and good at their jobs even when customers are less than understanding. This team went above and beyond to help me even after a long & arduous day.
