The Saratoga Hilton

Everything was great during my stay. There was a very convenient, virtual check-in and checkout process an electronic key on my phone that made everything quick and easy. The room was big comfortable and clean. The location was awesome. Very close all the fun stuff in Saratoga.

Was a wonderful time. The room was awesome, the king size bed was so comfortable. The wait staff at the conference meals we friendly, polite, helpful and funny. They were a welcome and enjoyable part of the weekend

our 2nd stay here and we will definately come back , Joy at the front desk is a gem , polite , courteous , efficient. The room we got was perfect and spacious with a lot of room and overlooking Main Street. Thank you for a great stay again.

The location is great. The hotel staff is amiable. My room is clean and spotless and the room attendant was very friendly. The bartenders are very respectful. I would recommand the next conference to take place there again

Pretty great hotel, no problems. Pretty close to downtown which is very convenient while also providing a quiet environment not being right in downtown.

I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day conference. I enjoyed my stay because it was really comfortable.

Very clean, beautiful lobby and Bistro Cafe was excellent with good, service and atmosphere.

Caroline at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The overnight manager Anthony went above and beyond. And Sarah’s kindness, made suggestions for dining plans and things to do in Saratoga. I stayed in a junior suite which was cozy and very comfortable. It was a pleasure staying at this location with easy parking and relaxing environment.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful.. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly they made sure to check on me several times during my stay to ask if there's anything that I needed. The environmental services Or if you will the maids will very courteous and friendly as well make sure my room was cleaned perfectly. I was there visiting the Saratoga area with a group of my peers for business we used their Board rooms for meetings for those 4 days they also catered in our breakfast and lunches which were amazing make sure that other group didn't want or need for anything I would highly recommend this property to do your business meetings.

Great location. You do have to pay for parking and I can see where it would fill up quickly. It's a little walk from the car until you get to the front desk. Everything looks very nice and clean. Room was clean and stocked.

I had a beautiful room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. They brought me a fan as I had forgotten mine and I need it to sleep. They meeting room was nice and the meals were very good. They even provided a variety of flavors for our coffee. I would highly recommend this location for a meeting location or just a get away!

Clean, clean, clean. Room was huge, we'll furnished, no stains or damage evident on anything. HVAC controls responsive, bed comfortable, and nice and quiet.

This is a nice, clean hotel which is located conveniently to the restaurants and shops of downtown Saratoga

When booking my room I asked if the staff could build me a pillow fort. Fully expecting that the request would not be fulfilled. Well to my surprise the pillow fort was here. Or at least as best as they could make it. I have made these requests multiple times at other Hilton brand hotels and sometimes I get what I ask for and sometimes I don't. But tonight Saratoga Hilton you made my wifes and mine night thank you and keep up the great customer service!

This hotel was spacious and clean with rooms overlooking broadway. With proximity to everything and the band we went to see at SPAC staying there, we couldn’t be happier. It’s right on Broadway very close to all the action, but super quiet. I was pleasantly surprised! Two double beds, a long comfy bench, desk with executive chair, & plush leather armchair gave plenty of room for a family, friends, or in which to work.

Awesome location and staff... walking is a few steps from center central.

Great service.
Clean and comfortable furniture and bed.
House keeping does wonders with cleaning and covid regulations.
Clean and quiet even with the chess tournament going on it still was quiet and
Peaceful.
Will be going back as it is now my favorite get away spot.

Absolutely incredible hotel! I have stayed here for two conferences. Each time the rooms, food, and service have been top tier. The parking lot is secure, the beds are comfortable, located within easy stumbling distance of Caroline Street, what's not to love?
