Saratoga Casino Hotel

Wemt on a day trip just to play the slots. Plenty of slots to chose from ranging from a penny up to $10 a pull. They had something for everyone. I went on a Saturday and it wasn't very busy which surprised me. Overall had a great time. Everything was clean the slots the bathrooms all of it.

Everything was great. The casino is so beautiful with all the colors of the different games the staff is phenomenal I lost my phone and within minutes they had found it retrieved it and gave it back to me they are by far the best place of business with their staff everyone there is so well mannered respectful nice kind caring and friendly. This wasn't my first time there and it's definitely not going to be my last please keep up the good work with your staff members to cleanness all of it I give you 110% across the board of everything Thank you for a great evening with my husband.

Went to a venue at Vapor nightclub in the Casino. It was great to have a room so that we didn't have to worry about driving home after the band. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well kept. We had a very enjoyable night.

I did not stay at the hotel. I went to the casino only. It is completely electronic. There are several slot machines. It is huge! I didn't hear anyone winning money but it was fun.

What can u say about a cAsino .dont go if Bill's are due. I go for the fun. I know my limit the place was redone alot it was easier to find a machine with your name on it. Very handicapped friendly even the fixers of maChine took notice of my handicap. Wish everyone would. Floors were spotless,restroom same. Go enjoy a fun evening take the time to relax.

Overall Our stay was lovely. Nice comfortable bed, Room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect.
Now the negative- Room was not sound proof as stated. Some staff was rude when asked simple questions.

Beautiful hotel and rooms were comfy and clean. A laid back casino vibe so not exactly a place to go party but it was enjoyable!

Huge room... beautiful bathroom... everything was extremely clean throughout the rooms and hotel itself... welcoming staff ... very happy!

Only been there to play at the Casino and have dinner, but that was a great time! I would recommend! This visit was actually to the park nearby.

Can't rate rooms, never stayed in hotel, too expensive. I work in the horse 🐴 part & would like more business there. Their little casino is popular. The area is convenient to travelers from Glens Falls to Albany, Massachusetts, Vermont, NJ/PA. They need to have more senior citizen bus trips to casino part. They should have a gas pump where you could earn points like Mohegan Sun 🌞 in Connecticut, as well as a small gift shop like Mohegan.

This hotel is fantastic.
The room was nice and clean, staff were friendly.
It's in a good location close to restaurants/bars in downtown Saratoga and SPAC.
The shuttle service was also a big perk.

I do wish that the casino had real dealers instead of only video based gaming.

Mortons Steakhouse is the best around... Staff is always friendly and accommodating food is always awesome

The place is sweet, clean, with beautiful artwork. Even the air is so clean and fresh, inside and out. It feels like I'm just waiting for a horse drawn carriage with an oil lamp to pick me up and bring me into town. If you are lucky at the right time, you can watch the horses in the morning getting ready for the next race. The location in Saratoga is unbeatable. If you get a chance, go to the Saratoga Park and taste some naturally sparkling spring water from the ground for free. Of course the game floor has been steadily renovated and improved. It's much more friendly and inviting

The Saratoga Casino Hotel is a Four Diamond Resort and it did not disappoint. The room was very spacious, which included a chair with ottoman along with a desk and chair overlooking the stables and grazing area for the horses.

Casino floor was nice with all new machines. Machines were a little tight, so we did not play much. Ate at Lucky Joes and had the BBQ Brisket Sandwich, which was outstanding. Watch some races while eating then headed up to the grand stand for and hour or so.

Had reservations at the Vapor Lounge to see Skeeter Creek, a country cover band. They are one of the best cover bands we've ever seen and will be following them whenever possible. They are local to the area so we will have to travel but they are worth it.

Over all we had a great time. Visited The Saratoga Winery, Saratoga Stage Park, and downtown Saratoga, which has a great night life. The casino has a shuttle that will take you downtown and pick you up until 11:30pm.

Racetrack view is worth the extra cash..

Really great casino. Employees were really nice. A huge variety of slot machines. Probably the best pay outs I’ve seen in a long time. Played a lot of $4-$5 spins, and walked out up $600. Second spin on a machine I hit a $500 jackpot. Won $100-$300 a few more times too. Every other casino I’ve played $4-$5 spins in the last 5-10 years I usually blow through $100-$200 in 5-30 minutes. Was here over an hour having fun.

We were there for a conference. The meals were good, fresh, plentiful. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Poker machine seemed new. Had some luck. Service for a steak salad from lucky joe's was quick and good.

Great rooms. Great atmosphere. . Cleaning crew really keeps everything running smoothly. Enjoyed the indoor pool. The Hit tub overlooks a fire pit . Which is lit nightly.Will definitely go back as we do every few mos. Just wish they had a breakfast restaurant.
