The associates in the Saratoga Navy Exchange are friendly and caring! You can tell they truly care about the customers they serve. The store is always clean! They offer a lot for a small store, including a tailoring service for military uniforms and mine always come back prestige! All of my issues have been always resolved by management! If you enjoy alcohol there prices are the best around Saratoga! I come here on a weekly basis and encourage anybody in the area to shop here!

We have always had outstanding service here. Special ordered items and received them in a reasonable amount of time if not with in a couple of days. It's a small PX and from what I gather it's for the support of the NAVAL training base and it's staff.

This store is extremely convenient to have so close by. It is nice as a retiree to come home and have an exchange so close. On some things you just cannot beat the prices. I hope it stays open for years and years to come!!

Enjoy shopping here when we are in the area. Always friendly service. It is an extremely small command but it has the basics we need.

Small exchange, but useful for those stationed up here as part of the NPTU staff/student detail. As of today 6/4/2019, Kettel One big bottles are on sale $20 off!!!

What is the point of a uniform shop that doesn't have the uniform items or sizes you need? Especially during a mandatory uniform changeover!

If I could give zero stars I would. called last month to see if they could do Army Alterations to my Dress Blues. Told them I understood if they could not being Navy. The girl behind the counter assured me that the contractor they used knew all the branches regulations. So I felt at ease that I left them there. Mind you this is about an hour and a half drive for me (closest place I could find) I get my uniform back and the rank on my left shoulder is so crooked. No WAY it would pass inspection and I have a Military Ball coming up. I took the polite and passive route initially and called to ask if there was anything that could be done that I wasn't over here flipping the counter over. That said I at least expected a call back from the manager AT LEAST to tell me there was nothing they could do. I have now called twice to speak to the manager and they have "taken my contact info down to have the manager get ahold of me" still no call NOTHING. I do not recommend this place. I just had to take my uniform to my local tailor (non military) and she did a fantastic job straightening things out. Shame that she isn't even a military contractor and saw the issues. Last phone call I made to them was 04Feb2019.
