Ellinger Monument

Poor customer service. We laid my mother to rest last 2-9-22 and I have tried to call 5 times in the past week all 5 times leaving a message and still no return call. I don't know these people but clearly they don't want to talk to me as my sister called and was able to get through to them and view available plots. I am needing to get an appoint set up for my dad to see if he can upgrade moms final resting place as he is not happy at all. 5 messages left and no return call poor customer service.

Hi there. You may not know this but there is a huge growing concern. For almost 3 years now people have been paying for headstones and they are not being set on the Graves. I realize the older gentleman who does it has been sick but they need to hire someone to live up to and fulfill the obligations made to the diciest families. This is very disrespectful. They also don't answer the phone and have not followed up with promises made to my family for almost 2 years now. Class Action Law suite is about to be taken as we can't get any resolution any other way.
Help us if you can ma'am inform the owners we are sick and tired of the excuses. Get that backlog set and answer the phone and communicate with us the customers.
