Every time I've gone in here, the staff has been very helpful and friendly :) I had a package delivered to the wrong address, they were so helpful and apologetic!

Lord I remember in the 1980s buying stamps at riteaid.

This list office is mostly efficient and the staff is nice. There is a man that works the counter that has no idea what the he's doing. Every time this person is working when I go in, be messes something up, puts something in wrong, or tells you that you can't do something a certain way (enter a college dorm address) when you do it all the time and the other staff has no problem with it. He's the only one that does this, and it's extremely annoying, not to mention making this branch look bad. He needs to be replaced with someone who knows what they're doing and is good with customers

The only worker worth while here is Crystal, shes helpful and capable.
The big guy with glasses and brown hair is ignorant, he’s so lazy he cant even weigh packages with prepaid labels. Imagine being so lazy you wont do your job when USPS says on their website in their policy they will weigh packages.
Some of the older women are rude but i wont get into that mess.

Somebody needs to retrain or fire the big guy with glasses and facial hair.. I had a prepaid box that he said was too big to ship. He said it was more than 130 inches in girth and length. I measured it myself when i got home and it was only 127 inches. He was just too lazy to mess with it.

Phone number is incorrect doesn't give you the option to speak to nobody and gives you the runaround

this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I just moved here and have been receiving mail for two weeks, including 2 packages. Well I have been waiting on a package. It said out for delivery yesterday. I didn’t get it. This morning it finally notifies me that they have returned it to sender. I call. And the full of attitude guy, who needs a new job, answered. Told me “oh I remember that package. The 2 carriers on your road didn’t recognize your name and the zip was in place of the house number so I sent it back” so it’s in your system to process my change of address for me to get my mail. But you can’t tell when I’m getting a package? Funny because my tracking information has said it would be coming to my address. He was full of attitude. Wasn’t helpful at all. And he should lose his job. He’s clearly to incompetent to work for the US Postal Service.

I was in town for thanks giving and splurged a little bit and got a few items for Black Friday, I live in Florida and couldn’t fly home with these items so I decided to mail them. I ended up paying $50 to have the box arrive to my house cut open and retapped. Certain items are missing from the box and other had been opened, the safety seal on the air fryer I packed was taken off, which only could’ve been done had someone opened the box, then the box for the air fryer. I’m also missing attachments to the air fryer as well as a ginsu knife set & a insta pot knife. Extremely frustrating. Will be contacting Usps
