I had got a Hyde Mag that from here that maybe gave me about 10 hits, instead of 5,000. I took it back just to see how to fix it, wasn’t expecting a refund so I didn’t ask. I didn’t even have my receipt. Susan grabbed it, put it on the counter, and grabbed me a new one. I was was actually planning on buying another one. But instead, she gave me a brand new one, free of charge. That meant the world to me, especially since I wasn’t planning on asking for a refund. I know they’re a small business, and I know some of these companies put out faulty product. I can’t say enough about Mojo Vapes and more importantly, the fine people working there. She just earned a lifelong customer!!

This is the only vape shop I go to. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable about the products they sale. I’ve been shopping here for a few years and have never had an issue with a product or customer service. Highly recommend

I go to the one in Middletown always awesome products, I've bought 5 vapes and about $500 in juice and the staff if very insightful and respectable, didn't know much about vaping at first, and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or better than me because of it, they explained in detail what was what, love this place

Every time I come to this location I am amazed by yet another employee. I’m so happy when I walk in to be greeted with a smile and educated without judgement. I’m new to vaping after smoking cigarettes for over a decade and I felt so welcomed to the community. Mojo Vapes rocks and not only that but their flavors are bomb. I have not been disappointed once. Shout out to my man Justin today and our encounter and awesome setup for myself. I never am the type to invest for just me but I said I was done with the disposables and took this leap. and mojo’s has given excellent service each time :) Thank you, thank you, thank you !!!!

Good experience first time in a vape store walked away extremely satisfied customer would most definitely suggest this establishment to others. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I spent about an hour here on Monday, July 16 and enjoyed it totally. Though I didn't get the names of the guys working, they went through nearly 20 tasting bottles with me trying to find some that I liked. I felt like I was a regular even though it was my first time. As an added bonus, MOJO gives a military discount (something I think they should advertise more of). 4 bottles of juice later, I decided that I will definitely be back.

Is a good store everything and everyone is always very helpful and friendly but they could use more of a selection of stuff and more vape Juices they said bc about one Juice i ask about said that they didn't much people coming in and buying it ok well there's way more then that Juice i ask about out there so why not take that into consideration guys couldn't help and btw they manger of this store and Lebanon aslo Franklin Ohio he seems like a great manger and helps and knows what he is talking about is good to go to any store and actually see they owner or manager talk and u can tell that he or she knows very well about what and where they work and not just pretend to act like they know

I delt with Susan today at the Middletown breiel location she was awesome And treated me like family I’ll be back for sure.. she even showed me how to put coils, cotton and juice in my new vape. Awesome customer service I highly recommend anyone new or old in the vape or alt smoke culture

Went in yesterday morning and had a great experience. Knowledgeable staff. I'm new to vaping and I walked out knowing a lot more than I did. Good environment. Will be taking wife today to upgrade her device as well. Thnx guys!

Awesome place! Great selection of juice, coils, tanks and vape mods! All the guys are always willing to give advice, help you pick out liquid or help with your vape. They also check IDs to make sure you are if age to buy their products! With the way they are coming at the vaping world today, you can never be too safe. Definitely would recommend!!!

Great Vape shop. I was switching from a disposable vape. The employee was awesome helping me pick out the right kit and juice for me. From now on this is where I will go to anything vape related.
