The Green

This apartment complex is beautiful, neatly kept and has a serene atmosphere. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I encountered a few problems in my unit and Sarah was very quick in helping get problems resolved. A very peaceful place to live and raise kids😘

For a first apartment this place can’t be beat, the amenities are great with free 24/7 gym access and a free pool that’s open seasonally and maintained well. Polite and Helpful Staff that answer any possible questions, Quick and Knowledgeable Maintenance Crew that are responsive to urgent situations, and Great Valet Trash pickup Daily besides weekends. Overall definitely worth the amazing price listed and the Application Process is quick and easy!

I’ve just recently moved in & I have to say my experience has been nothing but wonderful! Paige was my leasing agent. She stayed connected with me during the process & even helped me to change my apartment to a townhome. The complex is absolutely gorgeous. Only 4 stars because why the grounds are amazing & Paige was a peach the townhome itself could’ve been cleaned much better. I love the layout & there was new carpet & look like new paint but the vinyl flooring by the downstairs is a bit tore up & my front door is a bit rough looking. I did email my concerns I have so hopefully they get fixed soon then I can change this to five stars. I have a close friend that’s been here for over 6 years & I can understand why. So happy & excited to be here. Plus I became a resident just in time to enjoy their resident appreciation day with food trucks!
Update!!! They fixed my front door. The nest should be moved on Thursday! I really appreciate the quick response! If you have an opportunity to lease here, I’d say go for it. I’m a clean freak so I was going to clean & then extra clean some more so I’m extremely happy with this townhome!

I’ve lived at The Green since I moved to Canal Winchester in 2013. The property has been maintained well. The office staff has been responsive and friendly. The maintenance staff has always been efficient, friendly and professional. They have replaced the microwave and dish washer when needed. They have repaired the stove and and clothes dryer. I’ve never had problems getting anything taken care of.

I love living here. The staff is great. I want to compliment Alexandria the Community Director and her staff for the excellent job they do for keeping The Green a beautiful place to live.

I would like to say that my experience here at The Green has been nothing but a pleasure. When I moved in Paige was my leasing agent. She was very nice and professional. Whenever I emailed or called her she would quickly respond. But to be honest everyone from the staff has been nice Brooke and I think the Manager Andrea...When things were wrong with something in my apartment. I would submit the request and it was handled in a timely manner to my expectations. The Maintenance men that I have encounter were very nice and professional. They would provide me with an explanation of what the issue was. I once had a leak from my air-conditioned in my lower level of my 3 bedroom townhome. They came over immediately to find out what the issue was. When I came down to get the water up the young ma had already started mopping the water up. I advised that I would would do it. He continued to insist but I took over and clean the water up myself. See that is what I'm talking about! I absolutely love my apartment and area of the location. I love when a problem exist they are right on it. Thank you for an enjoyable lease term.

The one star review was for the office staff. They have poor communication skills. Just not my cup of tea!!

This 5 star review is strictly for the maintenance guy that fixed the water heater and the groundskeepers. It is a beautiful property and they keep it well manicured. The maintenance guy that fixed the water heater was pleasant and surely knows his craft! Had that thing burning in no time. Kudos to him👏

Beautiful property! Paige was our leasing agent and she was phenomenal! We aren't looking to move until the beginning of March but wanted to get a feel for the area before making our decision! After our experience at neighboring communities we feel like this will be the one! Thanks so much Paige!

Paige has been helping us so far and she’s been extremely helpful. She’s answered any questions or concerns that I had! I have had Andrea work with me once and she was also extremely helpful. Both ladies were so nice. We are looking forward to moving into the community!

I would defiantly recommend living here to any of my friends or family. Paige who works in the leasing office, has been awesome from the first day I applied to live here. Paige has been very responsive, maintainece has came within a reasonable time to fix any issues that I may have had. The community is clean and kept up very well. My whole experience has been very pleasing and I have only been living here for 3weeks. I have very high expectations when living somewhere is this has been a very nice experience.

The staff is amazing to work with and always polite. Maintenance is always reliable and the office staff answers all my questions and helps whenever I need them. The property is gorgeous and my home is so spacious. Not to mention, it included a washer and dryer!!! 10/10 Highly recommend.

We have been at The Green for almost 3 years now. We have loved living here so far. It’s very nice and quiet! Things have especially been better since Mary has become the property manager. You can tell that her and her team are trying to make the property even better. I can’t wait to see what else they have in store. I definitely love living here!

The green apartments is the perfect place to stay, very convenient location and just minutes from many great food places. Not to mention a great staff who takes care of any problems that come up in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great updated and friendly place to stay, thanks for everything you guys do!

From start to finish Paige was amazing !!! She got everything handled so smoothly and got me into an amazing unit ! I love my neighborhood ! Everything is fresh and updated and she still keeps in touch to ensure I’m enjoying my new home ! I would definitely recommend to family and friends ! Don’t walk but run to your new home !

I had a client in need of housing due to an unexpected job change which brought them to the area. The staff at Green were accomodating in helping her transition between apartments and understanding of working non-traditional hours and needing to move in during normal off hours.

I have lived in the community for over 3 years now and all I can say is it has been a quiet cozy place for me and my husband! We have had zero issues with living here! I highly recommend this complex! Leasing office is always on there toes and any minor issues are always resolved promptly! Keep up the awesome work!

Excellent place to live. A lot of work has been done to improve the community The Green Apartments since I've moved in. The front office staff is amazing and always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. The maintenance team is reliable, knowledgeable and quick to get to anything you may need fixed. 10/10 would recommended

we are on our 2nd year here.we love it here.the office and maintenance people here are Awesome. They are super fast and friendly. We would recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place. We have had no issues with our unit.
