Katrina Smith is one of the very best realtors to have when you are searching for your new home. She goes the extra mile and more to get you in the home of your dreams. For my family the search was awhile with covid & the requirements that we needed to be met. Katrina showed us many houses, she is very knowledgeable in various programs available for repairs if needed to be done. She worked with our house inspector, lawyer & seller's lawyer to ensure tasks were done as expeditiously as possible. When she says she is only a phone call, email or text away she stands by her word. Not one time did she not get back to me with a question or concern I had in a very timely manner. Dale went over and above when selling our home. Ashe was always professional. She gave great suggestions on things we needed to do to the house in order to sell our home quickly. She communicated well and was always available when we needed her. She sold the house in just one day and then when that buyer backed out of the deal she sold the house again in just two days! She did a great job semi staging our home as we were preparing to move to Florida. Moving is always stressful, even more so when you need to sell a home and you are moving out of state. Dale took much of the stress out of our move by guiding us through the entire process from start to finish. We are very grateful to Dale and would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about selling their home.

My name is Ruth Mazarin and I had Virginia Franco as my realtor. I was living in Massachusetts at the time and was looking to move to New York. When I first started the process the first realtor I chose ended up being a bad choice for me. My niece recommended her previous realtor but he no longer was doing it and he recommended Virginia.
