They need to get better and friendlier staff this place, then maybe it wouldn't be so bad. Some of the staff look down their noses at you. If you ask them for a pack of cigarettes they act like it's coming out of their pockets. Some of the staff are rude as well..

Extremely irritated with the lack in customer service.
Cashier Aiydan was too distracted by his cell phone that he couldn't look up long enough to provide ACCURATE service!
Ran my credit card for gas they were out of! I had to go back in after prepaying to request a refund! He says "oh, I probably should have told you we are OUT OF GAS".
Uhm ya think!?!? Get out of your phone and provide CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had to go in yet a 3rd time to get my refund receipt. He says "it might not let me print it".... not once did he say thanks, hi how are you or have a good day... learn some manners if you're gonna work in customer service and GET OUT OF THE CELL PHONE!!!

We just stopped in maybe 5 mins ago to get 100 octane fuel the pump was definitely taking money and putting out no fuel. Thankfully he caught it at 63¢ that nothing was coming out. He was pumping it into the tank of an ATV and a can so he could see that nothing was coming out. He took the receipt into the cashier and asked are you guys out of the 100 octane she stated no he told her it was charging his card with nothing coming out of the pump. no refund was offered or anything so he tried another pump. Same thing it made it to 22¢ with nothing coming out. And it started adding on cents before he even pulled the lever! So you may want to watch the gas pumps there folks! Just a heads up. If I could give no stars I would!

I’ve gone to Sunoco (Crossroads of Logan East) for years for my fuel, because I feel Bazell oil, whom they get their fuel from is a local, trusted company. I’ve literally gone out of my way to be sure to get my fuel from here for this reason.
However, I will no longer be giving my money to Sunoco, after they’ve chose for themselves to bend the knee to Governor DeWine’s mask mandate (which is not law, therefore, no business is required to follow it). From now on, I’ll be taking my business to a business that respects my decision to not wear a mask and defends our freedoms as Americans. Their sign says “Keep us open, wear a mask,” but the funny thing is, mask or no mask, businesses can fight stay open. There are some patriotic businesses that have been fined, had their business license stripped, had their doors locked and barricaded, have been arrested, and given citations, AND THEY STILL REMAINED OPEN, AND THEY HAVE NEVER ONCE AND STILL DON’T ENFORCE THEIR CUSTOMERS TO WEAR MASKS. That’s the kind of business I’ll be taking my business to. But Sunoco of Logan? These guys took the easy way out, at the cost of our freedom, and for that they’ve lost my business.✌🏻 I hope you don’t give them yours for the same reason.
